Hay guys.I have a WiFi problem in my sk17i.I have flashed real ics Rom for my device 3 weeks ago and it worked fine untill now.
In this night while I am checking WiFi on settings,I saw it says "WiFi is turning on" and it is stuked with it.
It is still not turned on.always shows WiFi is turning on.I didnt try to turn it on,it shows this itself.
I have rebooted my device but problem still exist.plz help me to turn off this back.
Which real ics version are u using..and which kernel...

I'm having the same problem on my SK17i... My wifi does not come out of "turning on ..." My kernel is 2.6.32.9-9.1-fxp in CM9.1-mango, where you found the wifi modules? Thank you.

Its very easy to fix your problem.Just check the thread of your mobile phone kernel in xda(what u have on your device now).there will be wifi modules to download on thread. Just flash them using CWM Recovery.Thats all....Hope u will get success on it....
I have a similar problem.
I won't create a new thread,
so I'll post here:
Wifi does not work with any ics rom on mesa kernel 3.8
but it is working well on cm 10
I already wrote on the thread and I pm the developer, but I get no help.
I was using lupus kernel for cm 10 before I changed to mesa kernel.

then u have to flash its "Wifi Modules" through xrecovery......
according to the kernal version......
U can check ur Kernal Version on ur phone in Settings --> About Phone --> Kernal...

Same rom and kernel as pablosa here, flashed your stuff and wifi still doesn't work. Is there another way to get it working? I really love this rom and it's just too bad i can't get wifi to work...
Hello today I just moved from Realics to stock ics rom.When I was instaling it I accidently replaced krsh kernel with the stock one.If someone has the ftf file please share it(as the dl link is down).Thanks!

Yeah i had the same issue on my LWW and i badly need a dl link for that kernel since links are dead. If someone has the wifi modules too it would be much appreciated to share with us.

if you have installed a custom kernel u might have to flash da wifi modules included along with the kernel

For Krsh kernel u surely need to flash wifi modules..look in the kernel thread there's must b a link of wifi module
I'm about to change my old stock kernel to xkernel, but I can't seem to find the right WiFi module, since it's not working.
If anyone has the right module, can you share it here? It is for v9.587-d

i had installed it 2 days before and wifi was working in my smultron device..
it is kernel issue may be and i suggest you to do a fresh flash again..
I flashed kernel again & also copy paste WiFi modules to system, but still WiFi not working.
What's going wrong ? Please help me.

OK make sure, since you copied and pasted the modules, the modules have correct permissions set and also reboot your device twice after installing PAC, sir
