Sprint told me this was a known issue and the problem is with Motorola software and are waiting for a update
I read somewhere bout a oem software upgrade that u could manually dl and install ...and further read that they already started implementing in a OTA ....my phone says its up to date...am I tight. Do I have the newest software? ??
If I do I have the newest software ....well the problem still happens....a few times a day....super frustrating

How to get back to stock on a Droid razr if its bricked

Want to make sure I can get back to stock before i root my razr and if something goes wrong and i brick it. Is there something I can run to put it completely back to stock. I'm coming from the Droid incredible and they use ruu and it takes about 3min. One click and its done. Is there something like this for the razr. Lol. Thanks

Oh ok. Is this something that's pretty simple to do. Cause I'm a lil more cautious rooting since I screwed my first Droid incredible up with rooting it. Lol. So I just trying to get everything straight before i root this phone.

I just don't want to have my razr goin into bootloaps and i have no way of getting it fixed. Lol. And definitely dnt want to pay for another if i mess this one up.

Motorola Feedback Network Pre-release.

Looks like Motorola is soliciting testers for a new OTA. Makes we wonder if this is for 198_7 that we have had for a long time.
I signed my stock photon up and will see what happens. Last time I got 198_6 a whopping 4 days before it was released to the wild.
Sent from my MoPho. All typos are the phones fault.
I remembering them asking for beta testers last year around September/October.
I wonder if this is a separate batch of testers or the same group from then.
They redid the forums recently so I think you have to resign up
Sent from my MB855 using XDA App
I think you have you sign up each time. All my info was still in the form. I changed my esn to the wife's phone since I am not stock by any means. She'll be the guinea pig for this one.

Yeah, I was alluding to that. I hope it is cause we were promised 1080p for a while now and I'm hoping Motorola makes good on that.

turn it off. then turn it on. aka a reboot.
I'm talking about restarting it. Not turning if off then back on. You can do it on other phones and most laptops and computers will let you reboot aka restart it. Saving the time to turn it off and back on manually.

Got a question about bootloader unlock.

Hey every one. My laptop and desktop decided to crap out at the same time. So I was wondering if there is a way for me to unlock the photon via the hd dock or via the phone without needing a pc. I'm already rooted but it seems pointless to have root if I can't even flash roms. On my Evo 4g I was a flashaholic. So please any insight would be greatly apreciated.

You can root it from just the phone, but to my knowledge you cant unlock. I could be mistaken though.

no, cause you need to sbf the derpunklock.sbf and then you still need to issue the unlock commands thru commands prompt(moto-fastboot unlock)
