Good job, waited a long time to appear when the CWM for the Korean version of the firmware.
Works on my YP-G1 (XER) INTL - as well as firmware KRKPG.
Not once wrote that the Korean version of the firmware, the kernel running on the YP-G1 INTL including kernel Tegrak 39.
Can you increase the RAM?
What are your plans for further development of the nucleus?
Are you going to move to ClockworkMod 5.0.2.7?
Will potderzhka ext4?
Currently installed the latest version of the kernel (WBK_YP-GB1_GB_20120730) #20
Sorry for my English.

This is an unofficial build of CyanogenMod 10 for the new Jelly Bean bootloader for the Transformer Prime.
As a start, the build dated Oct 13 2012 has the new bootloader and TWRP 2.3 for JB within the ROM so it can be installed on any device with a custom recovery, even if the device has the ICS bootloader or the TF300 bootloader... All future releases will not have the new bootloader or TWRP as part of the ROM.
For the most case, this ROM uses the official commits to the CyanogenMod 10 tree. The exceptions are the TF201 device specifics. Unlike the official CyanogenMod 10 builds, this ROM uses the new 3.1 Jelly Bean kernel and the new Jelly Bean drivers and proprietary files. I will stop this project once this becomes part of the official CM10. I will not release builds daily, rather ever 2-3 days.
Highlights of this ROM:
1) Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 JZO54K
2) Built using the latest CM10 changes as of 30 Oct 2012 10:00AM Pacific Time (GitHub / Gerrit)
3) Uses the latest AndroidRoot TF201 device tree with the Jelly Bean 10.4.2.15 kernel (3.1) and proprietary files & drivers with some changes and additions by me (GitHub)
4) Needs the new Jelly Bean 10.4.2.15 bootloader [IMPORTANT: Flashing over an incorrect bootloader can permanently brick you device. The Oct 13 2012 build includes the bootloader upgrade and can be flashed over any ROM/bootloader]
5) HDMI audio/video streaming and bluetooth audio streaming (AVRCP 1.3 ready)
6) Camera and microphone
7) 4-way reboot menu (Reboot, Recovery, Fastboot & APX)
8) Includes all the files and changes need for the Google Widevine DRM [untested!!]
9) CIFS and NTFS (read-only) support
10) Fully functional dock and dock battery display
11) Removed CMUpdater
12) All other features of CyanogenMod 10 and Jelly Bean (full hardware acceleration, Project Butter, HD video, customisable notification toggles & many more)
13) Some custom addons and feature ports by me (see the individual build changelogs)...
New in Oct 30 2012 build:
1) Several device overlay updates and cleanups (bunch of updates for JB)
2) Auto-brightness turned off by default
3) Expanded desktop (hide/show Combined/Status Bar using the Power menu)
4) Cleaned-up & updated release tools script (this creates the zip packages)
5) Set correct permission for BtService.sh (Bluetooth DUN) script
6) Force NV_FPS_LIMIT to 60 for all performance modes
7) Device Advanced setting menu to set Asus performance modes (defaulted to Balanced). This is not for the CPU speed, rather the Tegra performance setting (cpuX.sh like functionality)
8) Fixed Torch
9) Updated device power profile based on official JB release
Highlights of the Google Apps Pack:
1) Uses the latest Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 JZO54K Google Apps & Services from the Nexus 7 factory image
2) Includes the latest Play Store 3.9.16
3) Does not include any Google Apps available via the Play Store (GMail, Books, Google Now, etc. are not included)
Known issues:
1) Key layouts for certain regional keyboard may not work
2) Auto-brightness is funky [Use the app Lux for auto-brightness]
3) NTFS support is read-only
4) exFAT is not yet supported
Important:
1) Wipe data/factory reset if coming from another ROM (including the official CM10 nightlies)
2) Wipe cache/dalvik cache for every update
3) After flashing a build, it is a good idea to wait for 5-10 mins after bootup to allows everything to settle in
4) If you have not upgraded to the official Jelly Bean ROM yet, you will need to flash the Oct 13 2012 build or a stock JB ROM first to upgrade your bootloader, and then you may flash the latest build here.
5) Once you upgrade to this ROM, you will no longer be able to use the official CM10 nightlies till the new Jelly Bean changes are merged
6) Make sure you use a recovery compatible with the new Jelly Bean bootloader after flashing this ROM.
The usual 9 yards:
1) Have you read this post properly. Read it again!!
2) You need to have an unlocked bootloader
3) You need to have a custom recovery (CWM or TWRP)
4) It is a good idea to have enabled nvFlash (thanks to AndroidRoot) so that you can recover from almost any brick
5) Neither I, nor the CyanogenMod team, nor the AndroidRoot team take any responsibility if anythings goes wrong. Use at your own risk
6) Always make sure you create nandroid backups regularly
cm-10-20121030-UNOFFICIAL-tf201-jbbl.zip [IMPORTANT: You need to upgrade to the JB bootloader before flashing this. Flash the Oct 13 2012 build (second post) or a stock JB ROM to upgrade your bootloader.]

Yes, as noted in the OP... and yes, no hacks required. But this uses the Android standard for mounts (/storage/sdcardX, /storage/usbdiskX), not the Asus standard.

Flashing over preview edition with cache wipe just boots me into recovery. I recommend fully wiping if you're going to install this rom.
Update: Gotta fix brick with ABD

I didn't have any problems with doing a dirty flash through TWRP, but I agree that a clean flash would limit the variables that may cause problems.

After two hours of frustration, I finally fixed the brick and installed the rom. I was happy to see the new boot animation and try out my SD card. Hopefully I'll have the time to do more testing later.
I dont get it, why is there 4 diferent teams/persons making CM10? wouldnt it be better that Team EOS, AndroidRoot, Makelegs and you join forces and bring a better and more stable unique rom?
EliteKernel 140628 & EliteKernel KitKat 150429
Turbo just got a new meaning.
For international HTC One X+ only. NOT for AT&T!
This experimental kernel is a tweaked version of HTC stock kernel for Android 4.2.x, therefore works with HTC Sense 5.
EliteKernel aims to provide:
- faster raw speed at lower frequencies
- decrease heat under heavy load
- optimize CPU, memory, I/O and native performance
- high stability
- more features
Be aware that I made this kernel primarily for myself, I may go to extremes to squeeze the last bit of performance out of my device. I guarantee no support whatsoever and any modifications you make to your device are solely your responsibility.
Usage:
1) download, extract the folder somewhere
2) connect your international One X+
3) open "oxp_flash_elitekernel.bat"
4) follow simple instructions
NOTE: The kernel has all necessary modules embedded, it should work with any ROM without any additional flashing steps. Also you don't need to reinstall/reflash when you change your ROM.
NOTE: On stock ROM - you need to install root and busybox!
If by any chance you don't get radio/wifi signal, you need to install latest superuser and busybox versions, then flash kernel again.
Do NOT use SetCPU and similar, they do not support tegra drivers and will break stuff so don't complain!
Please do not request features via PM or spam the thread repeatedly, I heard you the first time and either don't like the idea or am already working on it...
Features planned if possible:
- currently none
Many thanks to all the great devs of various parts and modules that made this possible.

If you have problems, try to flash older versions chronologically before reporting it. Find the newest version where the problem did not yet occurr and describe it to me in this thread along with the ROM you are using. If you won't state the last working version I most likely cannot help you!
For problems with video players/convertors being choppy or slow, make sure you install the corresponding ARMv7 NEON codec package and enable hardware acceleration in options. The kernel will not let you abuse the CPU and kill your battery, you need the correct codec and uninstall all other codecs for the application.

just flash via normal method (Recovery) right?
just wanted to clarify something, you said you tried to squeeze as much performance as possible, does that mean you OC'd or something?
Read the first post.
You can't flash kernels via recovery unless you have s-off. The download contains a one-click fastboot package.
Performance increase is not achieved by overclocking, quite the contrary this should produce better (lower) temperatures at identical frequency ranges. It's all software optimizations so far.
thanks mate
Thanks:good:
hi,
thx , oxp EliteKernel + insertcoin work's great,
Hi,
Flashed your Kernel, thanks very much :good:
Tried to get back into Recovery after though and couldn't.
Flashed the Stock kernel back again and could get back into recovery without issues again..
Looking forward to any future releases :highfive:
you're saying we can't go to recovery with this kernel?
Am I?
adb reboot recovery
Or hold power and vol down until you get to hboot, then recovery.
Worked for me every time and I am flashing like crazy.
Sent from my Desire Z powered by EliteMod.
Lags with video playing (MXPlayer and DicePlayer) on 1080p mp4 music clips. Energy saving was on|off. Return back to kernel from Maximus ROM and everything is OK - smooth playing without gaps.
I'll take a look, may be I/O or the fact that I disabled special CPU treatment for media to save battery.
Just downloaded a random 1080p video off youtube and tried a 3GB 720p movie and it works perfectly at just 51-1400MHz ondemand.
Maybe you are not using HW acceleration, other kernels may let you get away with that, this one actually has active battery saving features
I would suggest:
1) download the correct codec pack for your MX Player (ARM7 Neon)
2) start MXPlayer, go to settings-decoder and enable H/W+ decoder
If it doesn't work, upload some short sample clip that doesn't work for testing.

Flashed back your kernel, install codec pack for MX Player (ARM7 Neon), check that it has h/w acceleration. and lags again ((((

Works perfectly here, no dropped frames, crisp sound both battery and charging. I'm on Revolution ROM, 51-1400MHz ondemand.
Tested MX player, QuickPic, Rock Player HW, HTC gallery player.
Rock player CPU is not up for it but HW mode is flawless.
So it must be something specific to your ROM and video drivers/codecs, you can try to push video drivers from revolution but nandroid backup first.

Recommend turning off your SetCPU profiles and after boot settings, the core frequencies are now asynchronous unless you set them manually.

Waiting for replies..
Thanks a Lot:good:
Well lags cannot be removed because android has VSYNC enabled while graphic card not,I had same problem in PC and games lagged until I enabled VSYNC on graphic card, battery is pretty good, performance is pretty good,if you want quick app launch install RGND Seeder.
Where is problem, whats missing for you.
try this ) im using it now )) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1927126

My Bad m8.. Apologies...
I've flashed CM12.1 and M5 kernel , I also use EK kernel manager to tweak voltages and other parameters but it seems no core is going offline when idle , they just stay on the lowest frequency but no one goes offline .
Somehow (I have no idea how) I managed once to make them go offline but after a reboot didn't work anymore .
My CPU governor is Interactive and I didn't touch governor settings .
Which hotplug are you using?
Which cores stay online?
What are the tweaks you make?
Do you have any applications that might be running in the background?
It is a fresh installation, or a dirty flash?

sorry for not giving more details , so here you go :
rom : CM12.1 nightly
kernel : M5 11.1 permissive L
hotplug ? no idea ... default maybe ?
tweaks : no tweaks , just stock kernel M5 settings
apps in background : just vital processes , I always clear task manager and still not installed anything just EK kernel manager
fresh instalation : yes , wiped everything before installing CM12.1
Later edit : I installed other kernel tweaker (Kernel toolkit) and it allows me to change hotplug ... I changed from mpdecision to intelliplug and they seems to go offline now , what's the difference between mpdecision and intelliplug ?

MPDecision is the official Qualcomm hotplug, whilst IntelliPlug is one of the few custom hotplugs made to replace the Qualcomm one. Read this: http://www.androidmodguide.blogspot.co.za/p/blog-page.html (bookmark it too, it really will come in handy)
I just checked how my device behaves with MPDecision enabled, and the same thing happens. All cores become online. Using any of the other hotplug fixes this :good:
Also, check out Kernel Adiutor. I find it better than Kernel Toolkit

Thanks for the blog link . And yeah , I replaced Kernel Toolkit with Kernel auditor only for changing the hotplug and apply on boot . I presonally prefer EK kernel manager , is very smooth interface and easy to use , I also don't tweak too much variables , I saw auditor has a pile of variables available to tweak .
I ended up setting MSM-MPdecision to apply on boot and I'm fine now .
The battery life on Z2 is quite impressive but now with undervolt + msm-mpdecision it will go even more impressive .
Thanks again !

Installation instructions
1. You need a custom recovery installed like TWRP, a link to can be found here. Follow the instructions carefully and strictly to install it.
2. Boot into TWRP then go to Install and navigate to the kernel zip file. Click on it and swipe to install. Everything will go automatically.
3. Once it finishes you are basically done, reboot your phone and enjoy.
And finally, here are some screenshots from my fellow testers:

Q&AQ: Why is my OEM Unlock turned off?
A: Don't worry about it. Some weird stuff happening there, it's still on tho.
Q: Will you add AOD?
A: No. Not because I don't want, because it's impossible. Trust me, me and other devs tried alot.
Q: Will you add X feature?
A: If it's possible to add and if it's not stupid.

For reporting bugsSo if there occurs a bug in the kernel, here are what you should do to help me fix that. Remember I work without a device so I can't replicate bugs myself.
1. Write your phone's model number
2. Write your phone's CSC code
3. Write your security patch level
4. Do you have any magisk modules installed?
5. Explain the issue with details
6. Replicate the issue, then boot straight to TWRP. From there go to Advanced > File Manager and navigate to /proc. Then find a file named last_kmsg, copy that to your internal storage or SDcard and upload it somewhere then send it in my XDA PM or Telegram PM at username MITKO7411XD

Working on A600G.
Working perfectly with A600G latest update.
For faster charging, I don't see any improvement. Still stuck at 1.500mA like stock kernel. Testing using Samsung Adaptive Charger and Asus Zenfone 2 fast charger.

Thank you for testing! I could try to add Adaptive fast charging but i don't wanna risk explosion  Plus i don't have this phone. I mainly did the faster charging for people with stock A6 chargers.

thank you. hopefully for A6+ series also
my opinion fast charging not really necessary, for A6+ charging already fast and i prefer to choose default speed charging and long lasting battery than modified/faster charging but degrade battery life span.
so, for this "fast" charging feature thing, you better make 2 version of kernel... (default and modified charging speed)

Sadly, I will not support A6+ because it's a completely different phone with a Snapdragon 450 chip. I work on Exynos7870 phones, specifically this A6. About the fast charging, its up to the user how well they want to treat their battery. With faster charging or not, don't think the difference will be that big since the limitation is the charger. For example, I used to always charge my phone from my PC because it has low current and limit my battery to charge only to 80%. Now i only do the 80% thing but still. My J5 17 is 9 months old and it has only lost 200mAh of its battery capacity.
Phoenix Kernel V1.5 released. Changelog, Download link and a new antutu screenshot is in the 1st post
Hello, I have installed the kernel v1.5 on my Samsung sm-a600g. But the GPU is underclocked to 728 mh. But according to your post it should be overclocked to 1146 mh.

According to my post, the 1146Mhz overclock is optional.
Although I think the default clock is 1001 so i still have to fix it
Hi Renoxtv, I really appreciate your work u have done for the improvement of Samsung a6. But I request you to not only fix the GPU clock but also I think It would be great to have the GPU overclocked to 1146 mhz. Bcoz it has only one core and for gaming performance it MUST be overclocked to 1146 mhz. Hoping the best from you.

GPU OC is optional and will remain optional, I don't want complains about battery life. You can overclock your GPU manually with this app: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tnWJvqhvj3s41V1LMRdrtyGYCsLEwNbV/view?usp=sharing (thanks for @DarkLord1731 for app)
Go to GPU tab, select min and max GPU frequency to 1146, set Mali Power policy to always_on and set GPU governor to Booster. Revert settings when you are done with your gaming, otherwise the GPU will always run at 1146MHz even when you're not playing and it will waste your battery. Anyway, A6 is not a gaming phone in any means and this kernel won't improve it a lot. I know the GPU OC is a little complicated but for now this is what we are stuck with
Hi Renoxtv, thank you for replying so fast. I downloaded the kernel control app u provided in ur post. Everything gone as u told. Thanks to @DarkLord1731 too for his amazing kernel app. Now I can overclock the GPU as per my requirements. U are right that Samsung A6 is not the handset for gamers. But due to ur custom kernel the little overclocking in CPU and GPU will surely improve the gaming performance a bit. By the way keep up the good work and best of luck to u. :good:

If you already rooted your A6 before, installing the kernel is easy. You just download the latest kernel and flash it with TWRP. If you haven't rooted your phone, you must install custom TWRP recovery menu, go here to go to the TWRP thread, there are detailed instructions on how to install TWRP there, follow them strictly. If you successfully installed TWRP, you can then flash this kernel like you would install the rmm bypass zip and no-verity zip.
