I changed my boot animation and i kinda love it ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28095141, the version 2 ). Now what im missing is a sound while my boot animation is playing.. Can i put a sound in it?

I think it is possible!
It should be added to the archive - a music file "bootanim.mp3"
Here's an example boot animation of theme:
"GOLD - revolution color" -it is a musical!
Ahm.. Where will i put this? And how can i play it with the boot animation while my phone starts?

Lol, i dont need ur bootanimation.. what i need is, something like, a custom mp3 for my bootanimation.. and how im gonna do that
U get ur bootanimation.zip right, then u extract and place a short mp3 file in the folder u get after extratction . Then compress back into a zip file and replace it for the original bootanimation.zip. Simples. Please click thanks if I helped.

If it has META-INF and system sub folders, then yes.
But I wouldn't take any risks. Download this app https://market.android.com/details?id=com.jrummy.liberty.toolbox&hl=en , and you can customize to make it ICS more than the font

Just to clarify, that .zip is NOT flashable to any phone. It's just a .pdf file and a readme.txt.
In this thread I will show you how to customize an app so that you could add your favourite wallpapers in it. Its good for roms for improving their visuals.
Requirements:
1.HCWallpapers.apk http://www.mediafire.com/?z3oaoy1iz9w9mtu
2.apktool/apk multi tool
3.basic editing xml's
Instructions
1.Decompile HCWallpapers.apk
2.Go to res/values-hdpi
3.Open arrays.xml
4.Add this
Code:
<item>wallpaper_x</item>
Replace 'x' with any alphabet like k,n etc. (The alphabet should not be already present)
5.Go to drawable-hdpi
6.Add 2 images over there with the corresponding names and sizes
Code:
wallpaper_x.png/jpg 480 x 320
wallpaper_x_small.jpg/png 170 x 124
7.Compile apk, sign it and install it

Flashing the zip won't work, pasting the files just sent me into bootloop, and pasting the files changing the permission sent me into bootloop as well. I reccomend avoiding this "fix" till we get some decent instructions. Going for 3RD reflash now

You need to push the files to specified directory and change permissions to rw-r-r

Firstly, I install srs from paul via CWM.. After that, using root explorer, I copy both of the extracted files you provide in the zip to the specified folder, replacing the previous one.. After that, I changed both files permission to rw-r-r... I reboot my phone and gets bootloop... Any idea why the bootloop happening ?

copy the bootanimation zip to system>media
set correct permission

You'd better place bootanimation.zip in data/local (still with good permissions)!
Your bootanimation will not disappear after a rom update (except data wipped).
If you want default bootanimation, simply delete "bootanimation.zip" from data/local and reboot.
I created other colors based on original for my SP.. If you want them for mdpi, tell me...
