I am using dorimanx kernel. And cm10 as second rom
Siyah!
I am using Siyah.
After testing a lot of Kernels under ICS, I liked Siyah most and now stick with it.
It seems to work fine with all roms i tested in the last months.
Siyah! best kernel ever ))
I think Siyah has a heavy battery drain... :-/
Siyah Kernel 3.5.2 FTW !:good:

hello everyone , iam using an sgs2 simplistic ics rc7 . and it was fantastic , but the problem is the overclocking in an ics rom (xxlp6) is limited to 1.2 ghz , i miss the feeling when i have a 1.6ghz dual core device (with ninphetamine kernel or siyah ) , feels faster . i already use the search button and it was nothing . i love the battery , the look , and the feeling of ics , but i miss the 1.6ghz feeling on my gingerbread , did anyone know the perfect kernel to fulfill my wish ???
try siyah ics beta

cant , stuck at booting screen ....
There is no kernel with stable overclocking for ics yet.
Siyah kernel will only work with roms later than lpq

If you run aosp/aokp rom Fluxi is awesome..
The kernel you test for yourself.
Guys,
I am using RR JB rom and some times during email writting or even entering settings window I have a lag.
Which Kernel would be the best one for me to use? Right now using Dream Kernel.
Thanks!
Should be in Q+A... As for your question, ask in the RR thread...or better still, just try them out yourself.

Try siyah 3.5.2 or dorimanx (latest, I forgot the version), and see how that's going for you.
Latest Siyah is 4.0.1.
And questions like "what's the best" are not allowed here.

What kernel (link) can I use to overclock my S3 (I am using Android Revolution HD 7.0.0)??? Can't find kernel anywhere!
Hi,
Simply because there is not yet supported custom kernel for Samsung Jelly Bean based rom. It was not until the sources (for kernel) are released.
So no custom kernel for now with overclock and other stuff.
Use Siyah kernel.. Its the best for Undervolting and overclocking

Yes Cm10 it's fine but CM is not based on Samsung rom so NO it does not support all the Jelly Bean rom, your statement is wrong..., I specified in my post about Samsung Jelly Bean rom. Actualy no custom kernel for Samsung Jelly Bean based rom.
So in this case with ARHD rom witch is based on Samsung, there is no custom kernel.
We need to wait until Samsung release kernel source code.
Try Siyah kernel (or another kernel) on a Samsung Jelly Bean rom if you want, I'm not responsable of any issue... Just take a look at the OP of Siyah kernel thread...

Dual-booting PACman v20 and CM 10.1 via the Dorimanx 9.1 kernel.
PACman for the amazing tablet/phablet costumizations (the dual-pane Gmail alone is worth giving this ROM a try), CM 10.1 for the peace of mind a "safety net" provides.
