I am using Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo SM-G903F(version for Europe), the newest Android version for it is 6.0.1. 2 months ago, Android 7 was released for S5 Neo SM-G903W(version for Canada), but not for European version. According to Gsmarena and similiar websites, only difference beetwen them is that they have different 3G and 4G bands. How can I port that stock rom made for SM-G903W, that I can download from Sammobile to be able to flash it on my phone?

It will not be that easy. you have to modify the whole sboot modem hidden and cache partition
Will the Galaxy S9 Plus SM-G965F (Exynos 9810) work on T-Mobile USA?
I assume WiFi calling will not work. Are there any other limitations? I plan to root the G965F and possibly install a custom ROM. (I do not plan to try to install a stock-based T-Mobile ROM on this device.. I'll be looking for a LineageOS or similar ROM.)
I have Samsung A8 star from singapore which has 4gb ram and after updating to pie i couldn't enable VOLTE in India. I enquired the samsung service persons from singapore and they told that the software doesn't support indian VOLTE bands. what will happen if I flash the device with indian stock rom which is for 6gb devices or any other solution for this.
Before the update the same device supported Indian VOLTE.
