Hello!
I've installed Sopcast because it was required by a TV Online app.
It seems that Sopcast came with some surprises: even after I uninstalled it, I keep getting some green stars notification icons with chinese apps.
Is there any app that can monitor the installation and uninstall it completely? On the PC I used to do this with CleanSweep...
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
It seems this is only happening with the latest update. Delete and Re install version 0.86 beta and adds will go

I had Sopcast-0.8.7.apk. I will try with 0.8.6 and let you know if the problem is solved.
I have installed 0.8.6 and it seems the problem still persists... Any other solution?

After installing all kinds of ad-detector apps, I have found that the spamware app was "Tiny Flashlight+LED" ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devuni.flashlight ).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING THIS APP!

Has anyone seen this happen to them? It kept saying that I had 2 new messages even thought I know I read them. I even deleted all my messages and still get this:

It occured when I was running the debloat rom yesterday, but I havent checked if its consistent with other roms as I switched to a different app for sms.
Its a common issue among all roms so far
The only fix I know is to reboot

Yeah, still there...thanks for the help, though!
Issue- Phone icon shows 1 missed event on top of the phone icon although there is no such missed call/event. This issue is been happening from the stock Rom that I used to have and after upgrading to Jelly Bean also I am facing the same issue.

How did you do the update? I am assuming you flashed the ODIN version of XEO?
Go to setting - application manager - all apps. Then find badgeprovider.apk and clear data.

Updated via Odin, installed latest jelly bean release of XXDLIB of Poland. This issue is not happening for the first time it happend on the stock Rom also.

Well i just frozen the apk and everything is normal now. Guess it works
sns.apk is for syncing with social media such as facebook, twitter.. if u don't require this feature, you can delete it!

I've got the new YouTube but this problem also was here on my old versions of YouTube, but if you look at the picture I attached you'll notice that the 2 buttons under the texts are slightly cut off. Is there a way to fix this? Or is it a problem with the app that Google need to address? Any help is appriciated, thanks

Try clearing the cache and data in the application settings in settings of your phone and if it doesnt work than try uninstalling and than reinstalling the youtube app. If it still doesnt work than it might be the bug in the app its self...

are you using CM or AOKP or AOSP?... It happened to me when I was using it on AOKP. when I switched to sammy it was ok... but for you it might work or it might not...

No I'm on ultima ROM v14.1, a Sammy ROM. But I've always had this problem. Thought it would go as YouTube updates the app, but it hasn't

Put Mod Zip in memory Internal or external;
Start your device in CWM mode "Custom Recovery"

PS. Tested on my Samsung S4 Android 4.2.2 test case on other devices, to back up the apks "GMSCore and Velvet.
Would this get rid of touch wiz? I won't lie I tried the apk method, installed the launcher, I like the okay Google stuff but the launcher itself. ... Very very limited. I couldn't access my phone settings. Very plain
It doesn't replace the touch wiz launcher but I really like it because it has awesome integration with Google now and for me is fluid
