ICS 4.0.3 reduse my Ram - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all
i have I9100G it was work in official firmware 2.3.6 ( I9100GJPLC1_I9100GOJPLC1_EGY)
and the ram was about 975 m
now i flashed official ICS 4.0.3 ( I9100GJPLP6_I9100GOJPLP5_EGY)
but it reduse my ram to 687 m
is that normal?
and is there any way can i increase my ram again?

It shows the ram available to you and the apps you're using. The 'missing' ram is used by the operating system.

Did you mean your phone cannot auto-rotate?
If your answer is yes then you can enable it under settings - accessibility or through your notification toggles

Other than themes, what other apps can help me make my Ace look better?
Tried to browse through the Market but can't seem to find any :-(
Also, I know there's a "Post your Ace's Screenshot" thread that have a lot of cool apps that makes Ace look better too, but are there more? Please recommend them to me

I like Ripple Lock. Changes your lock screen to look like Honeycomb's. It's been slightly buggy but is being updated quite frequently and becoming more polished.

I get about .5 second lag from pressing home to the screen being shown. Was no different than using pattern lock for me.
Pimp our ace! I really wonder how to make it look very nice.
I'm sure to be spoilt of choices once fla.sh finish porting MIUI theme and Androidian theme.
Thanks fla.sh a bunch

because some developers have been unsuccessful while trying to port it.
Stock camera is part of Touchwiz framework and will not work without it.
However, The folks at galaxy Siii somehow managed to port their stock camera for Aosp based Roms
