Why don't I receive ota updates anymore? Currently I'm still one XXALF5, my csc is LUXALE5.
I have the international version, so this shouldn't be the problem.

You need to ask your phone provider or join XDA and flash stock rom when released .

Wanted to stick with official ota firmwares but I think I cannot wait any longer.
Previously I had the s1 and I flashed a lot of roms.

ARM hardware is unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on the perspective... far less power-hungry and complex) not standarized as are normal x86/x86_64 computers.
So as the others already said, it won't work across different hardwares.
Yes you can ! Flash by odin. Don't forget to disconect the cable in the middle of the process to avoid soft brick.
To anyone just reading the first and last post of a thread: THAT WAS SARCASM.

This is an European phone i bought from gumtree..
But the problem with it is, its firmware isn't up to date.
Now i am in uk and saw the latest rom on htc's website..
I actually want to ask if i can install that rom without any hassle or do i have to find the rom which matches the baseband ?

Any one ?? ?

Baseband is radio. It is in firmware upgrade packages. As long as your device in factory stock sense rom you can perform upgrade process.

I let the phone download and update automatically. No issues here. Everything stock.
All with issues sideloaded the OTA or let the phone do it?

Yesterday found out that Filmic apparently removed 1080p60 from the app for huawei devices, i sent them a message and apparently it is a bug which will be resolved soon.
On a side note i asked for the cinematic kit or log please look at attached reply from them, this is awesome news!
