Make a nandroid and try it! If you mess it up, use the nandroid or do an SBF.
Personally I like barnacle for hotspot from my phone.

Oh no, I just checked the value of the setting with SQL lite editor & when I found it to already be 0, I just backed out.

NO! The razr HD and razr maxx HD have different specs and everything so flashing a rom meant for that phone on a regular razr would most likely end up in a bricked phone
