The phone hangs and one of these crash.

I suggest try either of these troubleshooting:
a. Boot into recovery, Advanced -> Fix Permissions
b. Wipe cache, wipe dalvik
c. Wipe data/factory reset (last resort)

Power down your phone, hold Vol Up + Home + Power until you see the s2 logo.
Use vol up/down to navigate, Home button as select. If wipe cache doesn't help, you will need to do a factory reset, all apps and data will be deleted including contacts and sms, so make a backup before proceed.

Was doing just that. how can fix permissions ?
Let me check again.

You need CWM recovery to fix permission. In stock recovery, you only get to choose wipe data or cache.

No “advance" option
Sorry for poor image quality

hey dude i now that ur a new comer on XDA but urn't that Noob to read tthe XDA rules in the first place before posting.
well there is no need for creating seperate threads for ur Issue's in the first place.
when u start a thread for an issue like what u did earlier regarding ur Battery drain one. please stick to the same and post all ur issues in that thread only so that people will try to resolve ur issue's.
even u can modify ur thread title accordingly, hope u do understand and stick with the same in the future.

[Q] Lock sound and keyboard sound

Hy guys. I'm having a very strange problem with my phone. Yesterday I kept my phone on silent all day, and when I turned it back to ringing, my lock sound and keyboard sound were missing. They are enabled in settings. I am using CM9 nightly. I even did an update today, and the problem still persists.
I don't know if it is in anyway related, but one of my ringtones is missing (all of a sudden it wasn't there anymore). When I went to settings, the default ringtone was "Unknown", and so was the default notification. Pretty strange. If anybody knows about this, please help . Thank you in advance!
Press the volume button, then the settings icon. Check that none of the volumes are muted.

check for the same issue after wiping cache/dalvik and then fixpermissions in recovery and rebooting the phone
I wiped cache/dalvik, but I didn't fix permissions. I'll try that and come back with an answer. Thank you.
Edit: Fixing the permissions didn't solve the problem .
Why do you flash the ROM again? some time I get mission the same that but after do full wipe, everything OK.
I don't want to flash the rom, do a full wipe, and then start all over again with installing all the apps and all that. I'm still hoping there's a fix without having to do this. But if nothing else works, I guess I'll do that in the end.
Could this problem be rom related?
Yes, which nightly do you use right now?

14.09.2012. This is the one I flashed today, hoping that it would fix the problem. Before this, I was using 06.07.2012.
Not even the camera sound doesn't work anymore, nor the touch sounds if I enable them. It really starts to get annoying.

u can also flash a stock rom and see just to ensure that its not a hardware issue of any sort
ps- u should not give up ma8,instead look for all possibilities and ensure that it wrks,do remember " ur always the best engineer to ur phone"
I did a factory reset, and all worked fine after. But when I restored everything using nandroid backup, the problem reappeared. Now I'm restoring only data (not boot, system, and cache), see how this works out. Thank you very much for your help.
Edit: It didn't work

Go to CWM > advanced > partition SD card and select ext & swap sizes (I did 1024M & 0M), but you can chose what you want (also make sure to wipe Dalvik cache).

Yup this worked perfect. I can confirm. Just clearing cache in this app wont do it. You need to clear this apps data and cache .
I am rooted and running 4.3
I tried clearing caches, rebooting, all of that....nothing worked until I set Settings > More > Cellular Networks > Data Roaming to 'On'. Just a heads-up in case anyone else is at their wits' end like I was.
Same problem. Can't fix.

You also accept all risks of bricking your phone by a refusal to read the faqs and guides .

It doesn't suppose to. To make it simple-it only makes the system rebuild its applications' path, so no change in stored data.
But yet again- the rom is supposed to work without any bugs, but here we are...
