I love cyanogenmod 9, however the issue that is bugging me is the mms issue that I encountered. I am unable to receive/send mms
Love the rom because it is like a google android, without any unnecessary apps and allows full customisation. Anyone encounter problem with mms on CM9 rom?

I cant send MMS with handcent but i can with the stock messaging app. I tried searching everywhere and all the stuff that comes up said handcent released a version that fixed the MMS problem. I have the latest version and i still cannot send MMS.
Anyone else having the same problem with their MT4G?
I'm currently using the Omega 26.1 build and love it.
The only thing is I hate the Samsung text/MMS app and wanted to replace it with the standard Google app now that Indie has released the JBKitchen app.
When I remove then replace the Samsung app texts from contacts aren't threading. My replies show in the individual messages but the replies from the contact come through as a new thread. If I switch back to the Samsung app they are all threaded as you would expect. This issue didn't happen when I was using the ICS rom as I could replace the app fine.
I've tried searching for this problem and although similar issues come up a fix doesn't seem to be evident.
Does anyone know about this issue and how to fix it?
So I have been playing around loading different ROMs on my razr and I am seeing the same issue with the messaging app within the ROMs. I am currently running Liquid v2.8 and I am seeing the same issue. The issue is I have a group of friends that we have a group MMS that we all respond to. There is a mix of droid phones and iphones in the group. There are two guys that when they send their messages I receive them in their separate thread. Meaning that their message is not added to the group thread.Everyone else receives their message correctly as did I when I was running the stock ROM. The strange issue is that these two guys are using a stock Galaxy S3 running on Verizon. They are the only two using these phones and the only two causing an issue on my end.
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas on where I should look to resolve the issue? I have searched but have not found anything. I can resolve the issue by installing the verizon messenger from the play store but of course I would rather use the messenger in the ROM that has more options.
Hi everyone, i've ported the stock CM 10.1 messaging app and theme it with S4 theme, everything working fine, i can received messages and MMS but, when i send a MMS the app force close immediatly, can someone help me? i've tried different roms the result still the same, force close.. :crying:
