mDNIe scenario - Camera (MIUI) - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all,
I would like to ask you, whether there is option in MIUI to change mDNIe scenario,
or, whether there is any option to change colors, because I can see color bandings...
PLEASE help, because I want to use MIUI, but Im not using this only for this problem...
In AOKP, there is option to change mDNIe scenario to camera, ui, video, etc... there it is ok, but not in MIUI.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

i wanna know if there is any solution for this...

...good lord, Google it or at least elaborate...
You haven't got a response cause your question is too vague and it's not in the right place. (sorry to vent, though understand)
Which MIUI ROM will you use?
Ask the question in that ROMs forum/thread, maybe, BUT read the thread first, maybe your answer is already there.

[Q] Reverse Display for HUD

Hello,
I'm trying to make a HUD (heads up display) device for my car. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to mirror the screen so that it can be read on the windshield. Is there a way to do this without hardcoding it into the ROM?
If it needs to be in the ROM, where would this be changed?
Thanks!
Did you ever find an answer? I'd really like to do this too!

No, I just reversed the text font
Finally did it!!
After reading all these forums, i was convinced that there are no existing mods, or any other ready made solution available.
So thought of doing it myself. Changed the source and built a custom ROM on top of lineageOS. Added a new option (HUD Mode )
Here is a working video of my HUD display. cheers.

[Q] Rotation on James Rom 3.0 for Iconia Tab A210?

Sorry to post this here, but as a beginner can't ask in the James Rom thread.
:crying:
Does anyone know if it is possible to use auto-rotate in this rom, or if the developer is working on it? Really nice ROM, and it will fill the bill for my new A210, but would like to use auto-rotate and hopefully be able to use a Trebuchet style launcher.
Thanks in advance.

Please disregard question, I'm an idiot. Did not know that there was a switch on the side of the A210 which selects fixed or rotation display

[Q] Xperia S Theme

Hey guys, i've got a question. I currently have my phone running MiniCM7, the latest version, with Chris95X8 Xperia S theme, which by the way is great, but there's a problem with the alarm. When I launch the app, I can't see the time each alarm is set. I've tried it with gingerdx, and it's ok, and minicm7 without the theme, is also ok, but both together doesn't work. It's a detail actually, nothing important, so before asking, i tried by myself to fix it, decompiled the theme, rom's framework-res and systemui, but i don't know exaclty where to look for or what to change, since i don't know where the issue is.
I hope you guys can help me! Thanks!
I just found the fix, in this thread:

Just for the record, I've searched before, but didn't expect the answer to be there
Bye

Sure, I could post there, but since I'm not allowed to do so, I expect that maybe someone who uses this very same ROM knows or understands how to use stock lockscreen or something so that this doesn't happen.
Thank you.

it is a framework problem and you can fix it if you get a alternate framework. At present a fix is there but you will loose all the animations and the great texture
If you need lockscreen back and not the texture then flash Part B of the small apps addon
jatinrungta, thanks for the explanation. I will try that.
Besides that, I am very happy with your ROM, congratulations!
Nevertheless, just to be sure, you do acknowledge that that problem (keypad slightly out of the screen to dial the unlock PIN) does exist? Do you think in a near future you'll be able to fix that?
Thanks

Yes I agree with you that the problem exists and it is a framework problem as I already mentioned
I do not know the answer to your question as it is not my framework
Great that you liked it
Now if your work is done can you please request mods to close this thread
Hi
Did as you said (copied PartB.zip to internal storage and flashed it via CW), now I have rebooted a couple of times and used it, and, although stock "look and feel" has returned and my problem of PIN screen lock is gone (cool), I am seeing the message that appears on the screenshot attached to this post all the time. It causes the UI to restart itself, making the wallpaper go black and status bar to disappear temporarily.
Can you help me with it?

It's a custom homescreen, made using a custom wallpaper, UCCW widgets and some other stuff. You can find similar homescreen themes (and maybe that one too), along with instructions, here:
http://mycolorscreen.com/
The exact thing its called is mnml blue (if memory serves me correctly). Search on YouTube, there's video tutorials on how to make it. You can have a look in the last week or so of NeatROM thread, there was a guy who was doing it for himself just a few days ago on there.
