International English for Prime Dock? - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

Hello all. I'm wondering if there is a way to set the primary language for the dock to English (International) to allow for accented characters like I use on my laptop (characters like é ã ô ç ü and others). I know that this works on the TF300 dock but I wonder if there was an update that added this functionality back to the prime dock. I'm on version 0207 of the dock software. If there isn't this functionality, is there a way to add additional keyboard layouts? Thanks.

[Q] Relocating Keys on the dock

Hi all!
I am planing to buy one, when they will be available in EU but I have a question about keyboard.
Due to no root, is it possible to relocate key on the dock?
I am wondering because there wont be a dock in my language but the layout of the keys in my language is the same as German. So I thought buying it in Germany and relocating some of the letters. This will be my first android device, but due to my programming experience in web and Linux dev I am reckon I will be able to do it, again if it is possible.
If it's not possible, than I rather have English dock...
Thanks.

I researched and found some issues ATP displaying Korean. Is this fixed?
And those of you bilinguals, can you efficiently change input language with your keyboard dock? (and does it support multilanguage input via the keyboard dock out-of-box?)
Thanks for your help guys

[Q] Polytonic Greek Keyboard [request?]

Hello,
I have been using my s3 to study Koine Greek. I had to switch my default font to Ubuntu.tff, but that allowed my to display the characters properly. Now I was wondering if anyone would know how to develop/install a polytonic Greek keyboard that would allow me (and other people in seminary like me) to type ancient Greek on our phones and tablets. The modern Greek keyboard doesn't allow for all the breathing marks and accent combinations. Would it be possible? Would it be difficult?
Cheers
