Strange new battery full notification. - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I can't find any programs or any running processes to explain this "full" icon in the top left notification bar, its also very buggy, charger is unplugged and 5% already drained.
What could this be?

Strange. It has never happened to me. Only when phone is charged to 100% I see that notification, but when charger is unplugged it disappears.

Top left, weird... bugs me when can't find the source of that icon.

maybe you should ask this in the ROM thread or mention the ROM name with your problem? I think you are not on stock

Its a THEME ask the theme maker .
Or the rom has a battery app of some sort .
Or autorun manger reports battery .

Omega rom v11 with kalagas mixed themes. I dont mind icon, just the fact it wont disappear after charge finished, not that i charge too often anyways, like once a week coz have external charger.

Battery not reporting properly

Hello all,
I've got a commtiva N700, I've been flashing between roms today, I recovered back to the stock rom after installing EUViewpad 1.7b, but now my battery meter is stuck at 1%, and it shows the "Please charge" messages. I've tried flashing a few different roms, and also updating to googlehome's kernel, but no luck.
Anyone got any ideas?
Also, a side question, but does anyone happen to know what app runs the sidebar on the N700 stock rom (Left hand side of the pic)

The battery is working perfectly and if I ignore the warnings it carries on just fine, it is literally just the reading that isnt. On the EUViewpad rom it just shows 1%, on the stock rom it shows a line through it.
Edit: However 5 mins later I just picked up my tablet, turned it on and it says 100%... I have no idea why, and I'll see if it keeps working, but not complaining if its fixed itself.

Chrome eating battery for no apparent reason...

I've noticed recently that when I check on my battery, Chrome seems to be using the most out of anything besides the screen. I don't see why, because it says it has barely been running at all. Anyone know why this happens?
I'm on Task and Ktoonsez AOKP ROM for the AT&T GSIII.

Yeah, that seems likely since I don't notice the phone getting bad battery life by any means. Do you know of any ways to correct that if it's a reporting error?

Anyone know of a way to get the bar battery where it goes all the way from one side to the other? I used it on a ICS room and wish I had it on the CM10 i am using now.
It's hard to see in this picture, it's the thin blue line all the way at the bottom.
I couldn't see a thing in the picture.
But do you mean a thin line always being shown on the screen indicating battery status? If so, Battery Mix does that. It's free and has many options, it has a statusbar icon as default but it can be disabled.

Yeah, that happened to my phone too. Take out the battery and see if it's swollen up. If you've been using this battery for 1-2 years, it's probably time to replace it. If it is swollen up, try not to use it anymore, it may be dangerous.
And to prevent your new battery from dying so fast, try not to charge your phone while you're using it.
