And you are sure Call waiting is ticked in Settings -> Call -> Additional settings ?

Hi Every body I Have Galaxy nexus but Outgoing Call Waiting Notification not work
I mean When I make an outgoing call and if the person whom I am trying to call is busy, I don't get any notification to this effect
and i need to buy galaxy s3 now i need to know if Outgoing Call Waiting Notification feature is work with Samsung galaxy s3 or no ???

I'm posting this for a mate that has the Galaxy S3 I9300. He has an issue whereby if he receives a call while on the phone, he'll switch to the second call but can't return to the original/initial call. Or in his own words
Having a problem with call waiting. Whilst already on a call I'm noticing I'm having a problem when trying to answer an incoming call. Very frequently whilst on a call any attempt to answer an incoming call results in that call being rejected and a missed call notification being displayed. When I then try to retrieve the original call I tried to hold I'm unable to do so and an 'unable to retrieve call' message is displayed. This is a very serious issue as both calls are dropped.

I am currently using the Galaxy S3 i9300 and if the phone is in standby, I am getting the missed call alerts. But when I am currently on call and some other person is trying to call my number I am not getting that notification (even when I am on call nor after I end the call).
Previously, when I used to be on call and some other person called in between then I used to hear a beep sound during my call and a notification used to be shown on screen that I am getting another call. And after I ended the call that other call used to be shown in missed call alert. Now this is not happening.
Does anyone have any idea what`s wrong with the phone?

I installed Cyanogenmod 10.1 on my I9100 few days ago and I noticed that when I reject incoming call my phone stops ringing (that is good) but caller still hears regulat call signal(tha is not so good).
Did anyone meet such a behaviour?

I have same problem now on my Note 3 and earlier had that also on Note 2 both running Omega...
Note 3 didn't have that earlier but now it does and I can't find solution what is causing it.... Any ideas?
The other day after several attempts of an incoming and outgoing call my phone had no sound when I accepted call. I couldn't hear caller and they couldn't hear me. Also when I attempted to call them back there was no dialing tone either. I recently updated with OTA to miui 11 and had bluetooth on. Only a reboot solved it. Pretty gutted as I like the phone. Any ideas on what's wrong? Or what I can do to sort this? Thank you in advance
