except for a "small" special: When a call is made using the sim set the duos from the top toolbar and it happens at times to make the call with the wrong sim.
It's possible to replace the dialer to choose the sim when you call?

I am unearthing this thread from the grave.. i just found out that it is possible to use select sim option from dialertabactivity.apk in y duos phone before calling..
i wanted to know which phone does this automatically and if possible i can get that phones dialertabactivity.apk??

spice mi 280 have this type, im trying to port it to y duos, but failed.

Hi people.
My provider (Vodafone Portugal) has a service that you introduce a USSD code to send a message to another person to ask them to call you back. It is called Toking.
Toking is a kind of flash sms (class 0) that pop's up un the screen but isn't stored on the phone's memory.
Don't know if this just happens to me, but when I receive one of those I don't get any notification ring which is kind of annoying because I allready missed a lot of those because I didn't hear them.

So just to get things clear what I'd like to do is make the phone ring when I receive a flash sms so that i can know when people want me to contact them.
Is there any way to achieve this?

I have this same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Ace with CyanogenMod 7.2 MIRACLE v4.
I would like to get some kind of notification when I get those Tokings.
Maybe the problem is in CyanogenMod 7.2
I used MiniCM7Pro (CM 7.1) and the USSD messages rings. But in CM7.2 this messages don't make any sound.

So, i have this phone iGlo, a109 (DUAL SIM) 2G/GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850,900,1800,1900MHz, MTK 6575 1GHz, 256MB DDR3, and i installed another ROM but from iGlo a109+ witch has 3G support. NOW, the ROM is installed completly, it works but here are some problems that i found the wifi doesn`t work, and although the simcards are inserted, there's now signal,no network, so can`t call or use them. AND also, when i try to check the IMEI, with *#06# there`s no IMEI, just an empty OK message.
****** After quite some time spent,shearching,reading the net,i found this tool IMEI Write MTK v1.5 , so i'm asking here before i test it, IF i try to put my imei back in my phone, using this, it will work ??
****** If the above post doesn't work, what can i do? is there another user here,that has a phone like mine, or can some one PORT a rom for my phone.

Hello, I was bored bc of hot weather and I thought to make an operation on my old GT-P1000 because its sim card module didn't work with a simcard which can work other phones and other sim cards are working on p1000. I thought there is a problem bc of custom Rom. Than worked on few roms. And now, I m getting this warning pic and can not open tab as download mode or recovery mode. Let's solve it together. Thanks.

All the picture is showing is there is no connection between the phone and the sim card
If the phone was bricked , he wouldnt even see that picture, it would be stuck at splash screen
then again

this is a sign of a bricked phone..
Is the simcard in the phone/tablet/wtfe ?
if it is in the device, then you answered your own riddle

the drivers are good,and i able to put any rom
but i can find my rom to my phone,and i try to put a spark and legend and they doesnt work
only the rom of hdc galaxy lte is "work" keep to show boot picture and do reset all the time

Hi to you all.
I own a H860 LG G5. It's the dual sim version and I'm struggling with something.
I need to have the possibility to choose which sim card I want to use when I'm dialing a number or when I'm trying to send a SMS, directly from the dialing app or the messages app. Is therey anyway to do that?

Pull down the Notification bar and select the SIM you want to use it as default.

Pulling down every time I need to switch Sim Cards is a pain in the a*s!!! And I have to use both sims a lot during day time...
