Hello, I've been searching around and can't find some thread that answers what I'm looking for. I have an HTC One XL on AT&T and I'm trying to change the Sliding Drawer Velocity from stock ROM to the one showed in ICS. ICS velocity or animation is smoother when compared to Sense. Some devs in the HTC One XL forum have tell me that I should find that in the animations folder in systemui but it's not there. Others tell me to search in the main.xml file but ther's no main.xml file in stock rom or maybe I can't find it. Anyways thing is that if any of you have achieved this please let me know where to look. Thanks.

Hi Every One
I have a Question and i also need a solution
Question
Today i saw a guy showing his Galaxy S2 to someone he had some unique lancher or tweak on his stock Rom,i Couldnt ask but i saw him
* Opening application just by gestures from side of screen
* It Had Mac like animated Dock on the top
* Pages had slide animations, not like touchwiz
I want to ask is there an app like that? or its a typical launcher?
Solution?
I Have Galaxy Note i find it slower than my Older S2,So i was thinking if some one knows any better launcher which uses less ram like the one he had (Mentioned Above ^) or any of ICS rom or any other rom closer to stock which can fix laggy Transition issue's on galaxy note
(More on this Galaxy Note issue in my this post :- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1521829)
Please let me know if i am posting in wrong section, but i think as my question is much more important here and its about having that app on any android phone so i posted it in Android(Or should i post it Galaxy Note or S2 section too ?, That would be wrong right?)
Looking forward to your kind replies

Guess the title says it all really.
As some of you are aware, HTC removed many of the full page widgets in Sense 5. However, they seem to have added most of those back in the Sense 5 rom just released for the One X. Amazingly, despite the difference in screen resolution, they all work on the One with little to no modding required.
I thought I'd package them up into a flashable zip, for those who want them.
You can get the download link and bug list on my International forum thread....sorry for the pinballing, but easier for me to keep an eye on one thread!

I've just flashed the ICS based, STOCK themed Energy ROM on my HTC Amaze and it works really well. However, it only seems to have the single stock wallpaper for all screens that are kinda' boring. Is there any way to get at least the same few wallpaper selections that was in the original ICS OEM ROM?
Sure, you can always extract from one of the stock ROMs, or just use the forum search feature for both stock and original sense 3.6 themes or wallpaper.

OK, but I have no idea which directory are those wallpapers expected to be. I was in a similar situation with ringtones as the Energy ROM Setup apparently lost the old ringtone directory. Fortunately I was able to force the Sound setup to take one of my own custom ringtone files as a replacement.
