Direction that Speed Rom should take.... - HTC Amaze 4G

So my rom has been out for about 5 months now and I have gone all types of directions with it
But do you guys really want
1) AOSP to the fullest?
2) Best user experience (stable 100%)
3) Best battery
4) Sense with minimal bloat
5) Just continue with what you are doing
6) leave the amaze and go get a one s or a SGS3
Leave a number and your response please. Thank you for your time because this isn't my rom it's yours

#6... JK! JK!
i think aosp to the fullest would be cool... but since we already have an aosp looking ics rom (fourth bar nexus) you should make one that replicates jellybean.
like try to port the jellybean status bar and settings. (should be as easy as the ics status bar)

#1 all the way. Your ROM is the only reason I still have my Amaze. You've done a great job so far, would love to see you finish.

2 or 3 I have gotten my best battery life on your rom already

Mix of 1-2-3

#1 - AOSP as a daily driver for business, so I guess #2 goes in there too.

1-3 would be awesome, but really, #5 is better. Just continue what you're doing.

So aosp it is

In my opinion if you like a stock-ish ROM with the tweaks I like Neo's "Simplistic"
If you like a de-sensed rom that looks like ICS Neo's "NeoMAX" is good as well.
I like alot of tweaks with some cool themes and mods. But also something that's good on battery.

+1 for Newts One XxX. Very smooth sense 4 rom, very good battery life and no problems at all. I have been using it for more than a month now. I just decided to try the face unlock and it works perfectly. If you like sense, try this Rom. You would not want to go back to a sense 3.6 rom.
Which ROM is the best?
Try the ones available and stay on the one that suits you the best.

ARHD 3.0.1 w/ Faux's kernel. I can't keep up to date with all of his damn kernels lol. Need data and bluetooth to work before I use CM.
Used cm9 for a little bit but it isn't stable enough for me, also needs gapps preinstalled to prevent play store issues (those issues don't always happen) so back to super sayain 3 untill I finish up speed rom 7 or cm9 gets data going

+1 I do expect Sense 4 with data.
Fourth Bar Jellybean. Its basically AOSP with the option of having sense apps mixed in. Its win win in my books.
Speedrom! I can't wait for version 7! Although, as soon as sportstar gets data working on CM9, that will be my daily.

Their Bistro for mods is cool too
I was going to go to MeanBean. However, not sure about this Tranquility ROM. Is it even on XDA? Is it heavily themed or more stock? I am giving my phone to my father-in-law and want him to have a good ROM that just works and is close to stock in look.
just going to chime in here, if youre looking for a stock rom best bet is build yourself. it's easy enough to do if you follow some steps. sense isnt really stock imo
if youre looking for something nice to run theres plenty of roms out. best advice is try em all.
Another vote for Tranquility. I've run MeanBean for a while and it was good. Tranquility seems slightly smoother and the theming is excellent. Tranquility was on XDA, but they removed it. Now it's on www.themikmik.com
I did add Zepplinrox multitasking mod, which Mean bean already has in it. Makes a noticeable difference, especially with Sense reloads.

Think I'm going to give MeanBean a shot, working on backing everything up right now.
My biggest concern is battery life, I don't sit on my phone all day so I'm mostly concerned with how the phone behaves while the screen is off; though I do like a smooth experience when it's on.
I'll post back with my initial impression of MeanBean and my experience with the battery once I've had long enough to establish a norm.
-- Question from me. Anyone recommend a kernel over the stock kernel? Maybe something with better governors or fastcharge?

For your situation I would go with OMJ 2.2. It is an ICS rom but runs super smoothe, fast, and has exceptional battery life, and everything works. OMJ also has a later version 2.6 which uses Aroma so you can customize yourself.
