can not remember my e mail google so I'm in trouble
my tablet does not have the root, there is a way to enter the same in recovery and do a restore? how do you?

Apologize if were too harsh.
You can easily do a factory reset
Menu/settings/Privacy/Factory reset
However remember that you will loose all data in phone and u will have to start from the beginning.

It does not work, but sometimes installing one or two applications, I moved from win to Andriod not know so many things
send it for servicing if your dell streak is under warranty~

i'v bought this phone for my mother but she doesn't know english.i thaught i can fix this problem easily but i didn't find Farsi/Persian in language and region although in the "Quick Start Guide" there are some explanations in persian. how can i change the system language?

For me it worked without root. When you try it, it pops up a window with message what command you have to write using ADB connecting to computer.

really really important, please help me on this.
i have saved my password for some webpages in andriod browser. when ever i need, i just open the page and am already signed in. somehow, something have happed, now it keeps asking me for the password which i forgot. my phone is always locked and no one else can possibly open it. so i don't know what happened exactly and why. i can't choose to click the password recovery/forgot password, as it's kind of company rules. i will really really appreicate any tips or adivce on this. ready to do any thing with the phone, root and all. just please let me know what to do.

If you are using chrome, you could try logging chrome into your google account, download chrome on a PC and login, and once its synced recover the passwords from the PC. Also if you are using firefox try the ssame

please bear with me a little on this, am a newbie in all this. first to start with, from the first link you sent me, i can't find the file: webview.db from /data/data/com.android.browser, the folder is embty. or is that the case until i root and then it will apprear?

I'm not sure, try the second answer in the link, it will only work after you root the phone. I'm not sure if webview.db will appear after root, the only thing you can do is try. (I'm kinda a newbie to this too, just trying to help)
