I have a question：Is there anyway to get the kernel and basebond from the stock Rom，so that somebody can add recovery to the boot.img.

So do you need to stock firmware for your phone, or do you want to root it?

after the root, the recovery to backup my firmware but the phone auto reboots

If it's approved for installation, than yes you can install it on your device.
