Don't worry it's okay..in some firmwares the cell standby values are wrongly reported but its not the cause of your battery drain..if you want to solve it search the general section

Well need more information! Are you rooted? S-OFF? Are you on ICS or GB?
If you are rooted, install battery calibration and then charge your phone all the way to 100 percent. Then use battery calibration and then calibrate it! You can also calibrate from 4ext recovery so that's useful too.
