advice on just released cm9 - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

Hi!
Today I've read about the new finished CyanogenMod 9 – Stable version. Then, I went the wiki page to find out how to install, and I've noticed that all the model references says "sk17i".
I have a xperia mini pro (u20i); will CyanogenMod 9 (cm-9.0.0-mango.zip) work on my phone?
AND:
If it would, will it work smoother than mi current rom? (MiniCM7Pro V21, kernel 2.3.7)
Regards!

Your phone is actually X10 mini pro (u20i),
which is not supported offically by the CM community.
The above rom and this forum is for xperia mini pro (sk17i),
so it will not work on your phone.
If you want a taste of cm9 on your phone,
head to another forum on xda and get the unoffical one.

[Q] acer e310 liquid mini

hi guys ,
i am a regular reader of xda....past i was using x10 mini pro & i have installed the custom roms (paul-xxx, stelios etc)
recently i changed my phone to acer e310... i dont find any custom roms and other support ..suggest me the custom rom and even the link also plz...plz...
Hello, first o all, the acer liquid mini is a new phone, they is not much forums about it, but i can list you a custom rom, just google ace firmwareband it should be in the first results, some websites may redirect you to a russian website, thats because the rom was develloped by russians, but it is also available in english. I also know forums about the acer liquid mini, but in french: acer-android.fr
acer liquid mini e310, froyo (2.2.2)
After Installing a ACE ROM; beware that it may be difficult for some to remove/switch ROM.

Yes just go to System>Update Phone. I just got Acer Liquid Mini updated to Gingerbread (2.3.5). It is worth the upgrade looks much better and neater, also feels much more smoother.
Hope that helps.

Real ICS r5.2 looks on CyanogenMod 9

Hello,
I have had a lot of problems of updating my Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro with CyanogenMod 9 but this files worked for me, in the correct order
1. flashtool -> SK17i_4.1.B.0.431_BB72.ftf
2. flashtool -> SK17_4.1.B.0.431_WORLD.ftf
3. fastboot -> boot.img (from FXP133-cm-9-20120809-UNOFFICIAL-mango.zip, CWM-based Recovery v6.0.1.1)
4. CWM recovery -> FXP133-cm-9-20120809-UNOFFICIAL-mango.zip (Android 4.0.4)
But... Then I realised that CyanogenMod 9 had a much uglier interface than "Real ICS r5.2". Is this possible to solve with a Theme?
Thanks in advance
yeah . i want this too if possible . but this need a lot of hardworks
what do you need from cyanogenmod 9 ? and what do you need from Real ICS ?
i think there is no perfect rom like this
so which one ?
Cyanogenmod 9 optimized performance for daily uses
Real ICS great and nice interface for comfortable uses

cm 10 is currently a nigthly, so some issues are expected. Try a stable ROM like CM9.

Xperia Mini Pro beginner

Hi, I'm back here after a number of years with my Xperia Play, I need some help flashing/rooting/modifying my Xperia Mini Pro to the latest version of Android.
I have many questions, the main reason I want to upgrade is to get the latest apps only available with newer versions of Android such as Vine.
Are there any stable ROMs that anyone could recommend specifically for the Xperia Mini Pro? As far as I know the version of android I'm running (2.3.4, kernel v 2.6.32.9-perf, 4.0.2.A.0.62 build) has not been touched, do I begin with rooting before flashing? Also, how do I go about backing up my data?
First of all, there's no best rom like stated here
If you want official ics, flash the stock ics rom and root it using this tool

[Q] Roms Customs Mini pro SK17i

Hello i'm French member, sorry for translation if it's bad
I want a custom rom for my Xperia Mini Pro and then power installed App to SD.
Android : 4.0.4
Firmware : 4.1.B.0.587
Baseband : 8x55A-AAABQOAZM-203028G-77
Rooted with Eroot
I would like an advice (Recommend) on the current Roms.
Thank you for help me
I'm sorry but asking for the best rom/kernel is not permitted. Please try some roms and find the one working best for you
Sent from my Nexus 4 running Android 4.4
I ask not the best but it advises on rom install and to install app to sd
What roms are the latest 1 jellybenn and 1 katkit ?
And you you have a preference ?
App2SD should work on most roms, I guess nearly on all roms
Check the development forum, there are already many jellybean (Android 4.1.2/4.2.2/4.3) and some kitkat (Android 4.4) roms you could try
