Hello. Anyone could share Best configuration for galaxy s 2?thanks
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
Yes, uninstall it!
Android does a better job itself, all your doing is killing apps for a split second and then they all start up again using more cpu, battery and RAM than if you just left it

Use Gemini App Manager to stop apps automatically running. Nothing more is needed
you guys do know that if you swipe an app out of the recents screen (by holding down the menu button), they automaticly get killed right?

No. Does that mean it doesnt?

If your android system usage is high, it may still be the culprit. Try uninstalling lookout and see for yourself.

My battery is very good right now. And has been for the last hour or two.
But I like having the security, so I'm lost. Don't know what to use

i dont find it necessary to have a antivirus on an android. as long as your careful about what you download then you should be fine. you could also just get a firewall to use on certain apps or if you have MIUI there is one built in

+1
Read all the review from Market for the apps u want to run. If still paranoid, search on xda first before downloading. No need for Lookout..
I use lookout, I have no issues with battery. I keep data off unless I need it.

First delete from system/app all lg stuff that you don't use than flash djnoxd's kernel and install from playstore no frills cpu and set the governor to interactivex that your procesor to use cpu when you open or use an app and when is on sleep mode your battery to don't be used.
Hope you understand my explanation

I did the following
Auto sync off.
Background data unchecked.
Display settings to lower to 10%.
Uninstall the unwanted apps.
Ringtones, media volume to medium.
Haptic feedback unchecked.
But I am getting low battery what I do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try Backitude. Lets you specify the interval that location updates are done rather than the constant polling that Google maps does.

Use an apps to monitor what service / application is running when the screen is off.
For that, you can use "Battery Battery Stats" for example. (available on Google Play).
