To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet. Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.

I was looking for this for some time now. It looks so nice on my brothers SGS2.
Will this work with the GSM patch?
What do we have here!!!!!!!!!

1.Download the rom
2.Convert it with rom converter
3.flash it as 2nd system with BootMenu Manager from whirleyes
4.Flash JB_GSM_PATCH to 2nd system
tell if it worked.
if it work (at least boot)
you probably wont have data, you'll have to set up your APN manually.
Thanks

Thank you for the verification. So far I've tested on Europe and Asia firmware and both works with no issue. Looks like Canada is of different framework for some reason even though it's gsm lol. I'll try look into this
If you do a factory reset please try to upload the system dump for Canada's firmware
doesnt work on my gsm razr either! mine is from Claropr in Puerto Rico! force closes all over! luckily i was able to restore from a backup using recovery. great work anyways! would love to get it working on mine.

Ok looks like different build number will not work even if it's gsm. Sorry about this I came from Atrix, the build number for all gsm happened to be the same so I was unaware of this.
Perhaps I can theme it for different build number but if every country is different, that will be too much work

My report about this rom
AWESOOOOOOME!
Fast, very customisable, nice android 4.0 home replacement (Apex launcher). Nice rom thannks!
Battery report not at the moment.
GSM patch: - Bug in the notification bar shortcuts for Data/3G (it write 4G/LTE and cause phone.apk forceclose if you activate it, even after reboot)
Get Barcode recognition apps to work and this would be the first ICS rom for the Razr that they work on.
I've tried them all and while the apps start up, they never recognize a barcode placed in front of them.
I really want to stick to an ics rom, but my fiancee (whippissshh) has me using barcodes alot when we shop, so its back to Eclipse for me.
Thanks kejar! Awesome so far. I'm going to spend the day with this and report back.

Really nice Rom Thanks for the hard work here!
can i install this rom if my android version is 2.3.5?
good rom so far, and the clock could be centered on notif bar
just like old days on CM7!
Hopefully YouTube works soon such a lovely list of goodies in this ROM.
Also just wondering for anyone who's using this rom atm and has also used aokp/cm9 builds, how's the battery life in comparison to them? Might be willing to give up YouTube playback if battery life is an improvement over aokp/cm9.

Works really great for so far (since yesterday 20:00).
Bluetooth is working well!
Onky thing is that video is not working (know issue) my internet is showed as 4glte and i don't like the default keyboard.
But overall performance is great and its already a great rom for daily use!

Looks awesome!
Best theme for Eclipse hands down!!! Was work great on 2.2 since then I've had problems. When I flashed nicecream 2.2.1 on Eclipse 2.2.1 settings and some other apps force close. I followed Eclipse install to the T after I SBF then flashed this wiped cache, dalvik rebooted and then setting force close..Tired re-downloading both Eclipse and nicecream to rule out a bad download but have tired many times.
DEVICES; MOTOROLA DX2, SAMSUNG GALAXY SIII (PRE-ORDER).

Doesn't Work
The theme does not work for my droid x2, running eclipse 2.2.1. The messaging and settings apps froze, forcing me to have to sbf since my bootstrap recovery can only be accessed through settings. Looked good, but obviously something is wrong with it.

FLASHED NICE CREAM...Stuck on M logo
I just flashed to eclipse 2.2.1 and then nice cream when i reboot it gets stuck on M logo... what do i do?
For people having problems flashing nicecream 2.2.1 try flashing the 2.2 zip instead. The 2.2 nicecream works flawlessly on Eclipse 2.2.1. zero force closes.I don't think it's a big deal I mean 2.2.1 was a very minor update to 2.2. Basically just added more AOSP framework fixed battery and int.d.
For some reason when I try and use this theme it causes my phone to FC on all the main apps / settings, ie I can't access System Settings (for example).

HOLD OFF on Flashing for the moment - There's a problem with the build - it's being recompiled - back up shortly.
