Hi,
Suddenly my Google Play stopped to download any app...
I've already installed again Market and GP 5.3.16 without any result: may I kindly ask Community support?
Thanks on advance,
M.

You can try by clearing data of Google Service Framework

Any help?

I think i had it before, wipe cache and data for both playstore and google service framework also uninstall playstore updates. Do a reboot and it was fine.
Unfortunately error 495 is still here... Any other suggestion?

I have had this issue for a long time now. I just used to decide that I'll wait till i get home and download over WiFi (which worked).
But that's not a solution!!!
On my JellyBean One X:
1. Go to Settings
2. In Wireless and Networks, tap on More
3. Select Usage
4. Tap on Menu in top-right corner and make sure Restrict background data is not ticked
5. Also, uncheck Limit mobile data usage (a message appears saying that all background data restrictions will be disabled).
It is the background data restriction that causes this issue (atleast for me).
I had done the whole shabang:
Clear google play cache, data, etc. re-login with Google account, reboot, etc.
But none of those worked.
There won't be a limit setting on data usage anymore... but you could set it again and make sure you don't enable data restriction anywhere else.
Hope this helps!

I was deleting bloatware from my phone using Titanium and now my emails don't send. They stay on "sending.." forever. What apps on the phone directly control the information being sent to Google? I think it has to be the "Talk" app but I'm not sure why that would control gmail. I also deleted "E-Mail" which is the standard email client that I never use.
Any ideas?

Go to applications, manage applications, Filter All
Go to Google Mail - clear data / clear cache
Go to Google Storage - clear data / clear cache
Should fix you up
There is no cache, why exactly would I just delete all of my data? I don't think this will fix my problem.

No, it does not delete your data. This is a very common problem when using most of these lag fixes. If there is a cache, clear it, otherwise just clear the data and it should start working. I had to do it every other day until I removed the last "stable" lag fix.
all gmail is kept on the google cloud not your local phone... clearing the settings/data will do just that and give you a clean slate to start with. Your data on the cloud will not be touched.

first make sure GmailProvider.apk is in your system/app folder. Then check to make sure you didn't remove these two .apk when you removed Talk. gtalkservice.apk and TalkProvider.apk.
I had a simular problem when i removed Talk app along with gtalkservice and TalkProvider which caused my phone to not login to any google app.

Those apps are still intact. I actually just did a nandroid restore to before I removed any apps. The emails still aren't sending, I'll delete my data and see if that fixes it.

Wow that actually fixed it, thanks a lot! I wonder what other apps are crippled on my phone due to those lagfixes.

Sorry for the extra post but is there a way to clear the entire cache on the phone? It seems the lagfixes crippled a lot of programs like gmail, market, and the web browser.

Think this has something to do with T-Mobiles data going out (possibly worldwide) last night? I also had an email not get sent this morning.
^ I am rooted and use one of the cache cleaning apps...
Can you recommend me one? Does it clear the cache of all programs?

I'm using CachMate.
I'm using CacheCleaner, seems to clear all cache very well.. and it is free of course.
Two days after installing the apk based lag fix I started having gmail and GPS issues. Most of the current lag fixes create a virtual ext3 partition which corrupts very easily causing these types of issues. I removed the lag fix and my system became more stable again. I am only speaking based on my own personal experience.
Am I the only one having problems with Gmail sync? Is there and app or update to fix that problem?

I had similar problems. Just clear the application cache from the applications> manage applications menu in settings. You will need to change the filter to see the gmail app first however. This can be done by hitting menu inside manage applications, that part took forever to find out for me the first time .

I couldnt enter to gmail web site, couldnt connect to gtalk, android market didnt work on 3G. I searched the web and found a solution that worked on me. Change the name and apn name of your mobile network APN settings. Dont touch other settings. Just name and apn name. Then restart your phone. Now you should be able to connect to gtalk etc...
I am having this same problem as rustyruss after flashing Bionix Fusion. I couldn't find any reference to it in their forum. I tried deleting the gmail app cache and storage cache (both), but it did not resolve the issue. Has anyone found anything to fix this yet? It's incredibly irritating.
so hey i just flashed liquid jelly rom, and i wanted to log into the market and its giving me an error "error receiving information from server RH-01" i cleared the data, and the cache, but it's still giving me the error. what do i need to do?

I am using a GS3 Temasek CM11 and a Nexus 7 2013 Kit Kat 4.4.2. Both devices were working properly (regarding Google Now). Suddenly both of them stopped to work.
I didn't see if the problem started as soon as i updated to Kit Kat.
Is this an account problem? Or did i screw something up in the process?
Regards
Chris

Do you installed it from Play Store? Or some gapps (0-day, banks, etc)?
Do you see some error, or the app just crash when trying to open it?
You can try cleaning the data for the app, or uninstalling/installing it again. Or flashing gapps again (wipe Dalvik at least).
I have done all of the above(at least for my rooted gs3).
When i try to launch Google now i only get the search bar allowing me to "search or say OK GOOGLE".
If i say "who's the president of USA?" it will answer.
But if i try to set a reminder i get this:
"Turn on Google now to set reminders for dates, times and locations.
Opt in to Google now."
Pressing the "opt in to google now" i again get the google search bar and no google now cards.
Also long pressing an empty space and selecting SETTINGS i dont see the option to enable google now.

Ive had the same issue.. I have a possible solution:
Settings > Location -- make sure its ON and google location reporting is ON.
for privacy reasons I had this OFF and I got 'unfortunately google search has stopped working'
I don't know if this answers your question but its a problem I had but fixed.
