I have a issue with the market. Every time I try to download something it always give me the error that you see on the pic.... I have cleaned the market data and it doesn't solve the issue! What can I do?

Go to the Market and get a app called AirPush, it'll tell you which app is causing that!
Looks like something trackin your stuff.
