Signature Verification failed means that the zip was not signed or improperly signed..in CWM set the option to not check for signature verification and then try..

[Q] Stacked in Recovery Mode

Hi Guys,
I hope I've posted in the right place. I am basically noob in installing custom firmware and I wanted to try it anyway with no experience.
Bootloader unlocking successful.
I flashed recovery-nozomi.img using cmd commands without realizing that I didn't have the custom rom saved in my xperia s. So I am stock in recovery mode with no idea what to do next even just to go back in normal mode. Please help I am really a newbie in installing custom ROM. Any process with be gladly appreciated since I just want to go back to normal mode if I can't install any custom ROM.
Build no.75 that's all I remember about my phone since I just bought this yesterday.
I'm in the Philippines and this a generic version if that helps.
Any help will be gladly appreciated or will even give a donation.
Thanks in advance guys!
Regards!

i saw cwm for rk 3066 devices but my device was not listed in that.

ok, please let me know when you are done. I also tried jack's steps. But at step 6 it asks me whether i have installed the clockworkmod recovery
manually. And ofcourse i have not. So stuck at that. Is this because i have not yet rooted my device. ? Do u know how to root this device. Is the process generic?
Stuck at the same point.. all the root softwares are useless out there. Tried all possible methods but to no avail.
the clockwork recovery mod says the device has one recovery installed and i tried to boot into it with no success. Aren't there any solutions for these as this is a great tab for around 10K.
Rooting is possible

[Q] Error on installing Lollipop rom

Hi Guys!
Is there any soul who can help me out?
I have a SGP321 Tab Z version with stock 4.4 on it, and rooted with towelroot (i guess this is the name!)
Every single update i've done since initial version 4.1 had been without any problems and all by OTA.
Now, after downloading the latest version, after click install button, i get a message box telling me that the tablet will restart and will take some 41 minutes to do the job. OK then, it reboots, but after one or two minutes max, it reboots again and nothing done. Then on the notification bar i get a message saying that the update failed and i should do it again.
Well Mates, after 5 tries i gave up?
Maybe someone have had a problem like this one??
Might have something to do with the root method?? I really can't figure out....
Thanks for your kind help in advance.

To tell long story short, it is because you are rooted. Before applying OTA device checks system files for modifications and stops install if it finds one. Root as you know is a modification.
So, any suggestion?
What should i do?
Thanks, again

Sorry to bother again, but on the second link you provided, something have frightened me:
"...Unfortunately, XZDualRecovery isn't working for TabZ with Lollipop at the moment.
That's why it is not included..."
So, will it work?

downgrade my MT2-L05

hello guys,
i have a MT2-L05 with LOLLIPOP ( MT2-L05C00B850 ). Since i have some troubles with my applications (facebook, wakeup, camera,...).
i wish to put back the older version THE KITKAT 4.4.4
i can't find out how to downgrade my smartphone
is it possible that someone explains me how to do it step by step and tells me where to files for download please.
i'm french so sorry for my english.
thank you in advance.
Do you have an sd card? Are you still on stock recovery? Are you familiar with flashing a different firmware via the stock recovery? If so, I believe firmware version B611 will flash over B850 and allow you to install KitKat, either B603 or B606.

Hello,
Another user had the same problem in the index thread, and I found him a link to Huawei's firmware page for the L05. The problem is... the page is in Chinese.
Also, another user said it did not work for him, and he downgraded using another method.
Here are some quotes from the thread:

I have tried. I am using L05. Downgrading from 5.1 to 4.x stock roms will fail. Installation does not go pass the 1% mark. There nothing wrong with my sd card or the file cos before upgrading to LP, I just used it to flash back to 4.4.2 stock.
Btw, if anyone root or modify the stock 4.4.2 before, upgrading to LP will fail also, even if u do a factory reset. So what I did was wipe the whole thing by flashing back the stock with the 3 button magic..
As with the L03, changing dpi will also crash the phone. So pls do not try.
I also just realise that the default Huawei app store have a lot of goodies in there. Including all Google apps and those sync adaptors required for contacts and calenders. Explore it.

You should send a message to @scpion and hopefully he will respond and give you a solution.
Erm.. I dun think I have a solution... I didn't try again after failing multiple time during then.. I didn't have problems with 5.1.1 either so I lived with it.. Ha.. But now it's just sitting in my drawer due to lack of development for L05.. Not as "fun" as my other phones.. Good luck...
Probably backup your data and do a hard reset or flash the stock 5.1.1 again. From my experience with it, I didn't have any major problem and the firmware is pretty good.

Are you on stock recovery? I can't remember where I downloaded my firmwares from, usually whichever link google would turn up. Google translate seemed to work well enough to translate Chinese to English for me whenever I've tried to find a file.
