Net lock with every custom ROM - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Hi guys,
to make a long story short: No matter which custom ROM I try, my SIM is always denied.
Provider: German Telekom (D1 Xtra)
Now even if I restore back to stock with SEUS, I'm having Problems connecting, need to reboot several times, restoring to factory settings to get sometimes lucky to get network.
Sim is OK, I tested with iphone and and old Nokia Navigator. And the X10 Mini is from Amazon and has always been unlocked.

[Q] Bricked X10? - no mobile network

Hey guys,
after flashing a new Rom on my X10 (BlackEditionHD), my mobile network connection didn't work anymore. So i decided to do the usual thing: Flash the default firmware with SEUS and (after the problem wasn't resolved) I flashed the stock firmware (X10i GB unbranded) with flashtool. But my problem still exists: I can unlock my SIM cart (my PIN is recognized), however my Phone doesn't seem to unlock the SIM properly and doesn't find any mobile network. I tried various kernels/basebands/roms, but even the stock Roms won't work anymore.
Did I brick my X10 or is there any possible solution?
EDIT:
By now, the stock firmware seems to "freeze" after entering the pin. I can open the status bar though and turn the phone off by software, but there are no icons, no menues, etc....

[Q] [HELP] My E10i won't recognize the SIM card, and i have no signal!!!

Hi guys, I need your help badly, plzzzz.
So, it happened one day that my phone kept restarting after I wanted to call my mum. Every time the phone booted up, and i typed in the right PIN, the problem remaind.
I tought that a factory reset could solve the problem...it couldn't. (btw, without the SIM in it, the phone worked; thats how i menaged to do a factory reset). After that i managed to upgrade the firmware (from 2.1.1.A.0.6 to 2.1.1.C.0.0) even though that PCC said that there is no upgrade for my phone. Finally I solved the problem, but just for i while. Everything was good till i dialed again, the problem reappeared. This time it didn't recognise the SIM anymore and i had no signal, but the restarting stoped.
Then i tried something else. I wanted to unlock the bootloader, but it was already unlocked (i bought the phone secondhand), so I replaced the stock kernel and the rom, with nAa kernel(v.13) and a MiniCM7-2.2.1 custom rom. But the problem still remains. The current state is that i keep recieving "Insert the SIM card, and restart the phone" notification, and i have no signal, everything else is work fine. Plz give me suggestions what to do, to restore the cell to usable state. Thank you for advance for you'r assistance.

Repair to stock rom and lock your bootloader might do the trick.. don't lock the bootloader on a custom kernel.

[Q] Unlocked phone connects to phone network under stock ROM but not custom ROMs

I had my S2 unlocked via software while I was abroad to use the local SIM card - the person who did it couldn't unlock it, first blaming the phone as rooted and then hardware as damaged. Instead they made it worse, the phone doesn't connect to any network, whatever SIM card I use. At the time I was using a rooted custom ROM (Rootbox) v4.2.
I found if I use a stock ROM, even if rooted, it connects to phone networks and is unlocked to any SIM card. As you may know, the S2 can only upgrade to v4.1.2 if stock.
I have been going around in circles trying different kernels and ROMs. I would rather use v4.2 than stick with v4.1.2... Rootbox v4.2 used to work fine before trying to unlock the phone.
I have used the 'GalaxSim Unlock' app, in case the unlock process was only partial. I also tried to find if I could relock the phone back to the original network, by removing the EFS folder.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you in advance.
Phone was originally SIM locked to T-Mobile.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
Or has had it happen to them in the past?
The IMEI number is still intact.

Xperia Locked after testpoint

Hi everyone!
I bought recenly on an outlet a Xperia Mini Pro sk17a. The phone is network locked, so I tried to unlock it through FastGSM service. The instruction guided me to do a test-point in order to unlock it. The process failed since the server was under maintenance. Now, the phone says that there's no SIM (It detects signal, so I guess the antenna is working) and everytime I choose a network to connect (on manual search, or even automatic) it ends up in an error, claiming that the SIM is not valid for that network.
It still has the original Android Gingerbread on it (since I couldn't update it either) and worked perfectly on 3G until it did the test-point process. I also tried to reset it several times prior creating this topic.
Can you help me on figure out what's the problem?
Thanks in advance.

One year after successful unlock my phone got the same issue with the sim card and now I don't use it anymore.

Samsung S7 Edge: A brick or a solution?

I purchased a 2nd hand Galaxy S7 Edge from someone on Facebook Marketplace. It's a dual sim model (which is not directly available in South Africa) - When I collected the phone the old owner manually removed apps which I found to be strange as I was planning on doing a factory reset anyways, but he said I first had to update the phone before I can do a reset. Once I got back home and put the phone of WIFI > Software update I got a message saying that the software was not verified (leaning towards the phone being rooted). I also saw that he had multiple copies of Whatsapp which I knew was not possible with a normal ROM.
Not wanting to constantly see his personal info, I decided to reinstall the base S7 Edge software I found sammobile.com - Using odin this worked and I was able to reset the phone, but now there is no network coverage at all. I have tried everything, even downloaded a different version (both XDA and XDE) but no luck. I took it to a cellphone shop and they say they think the moterhboard is faulty which I doubt, when I got the phone and put in my simcard the first time around there was no network issue at all, this only started once I reinstalled the original rom from Samsung.
My understanding now is that the phone was likely purchased in UAE or Dubai and the network was unlocked (not sure how this works) - When I reinstalled the default samsung rom the network lock is back and I can now not use the mobile device with my local provider.
What options do I have? Is there another rom (even if it's not samsung, happy with anything) I can use on the device? I presume they had a different rom installed anyways to get it working in the first place, but I was stupid and never made a backup of the rom so now the phone is nothing more than a wifi device.
Any assistane would greatly be appreciated!
