Well first there is an accessory section where you would probably get better results, but I've found that the anker 1900mah battery is awesome. I got a pack of two plus an external charger so I never have to actually charge my phone. Plus its good cause it doesn't increase the size of the phone. If you get an official Samsung 2000mah battery, you have to use the back extender cause the battery is too big for the stock one

Does it actually improve?
I experienced some of these batteries who have the same dimensions as the stock one are all rubbisch and perform actually worse then the stock 1650mAh one, eventhough there is larger mAh.
Thanks

Anyone have a good idea for charging the battery on an i777 with a cooked USB port? I need to flash it back to stock for warranty replacement, but the battery is dead! I guess I am stuck with ordering a battery charger off of ebay.
Find a friend with a phone that uses the same battery.
Problem solved.

I'm striking out on that one, but I have rigged up an old camera battery charger with approximately the same output voltage, so we'll see how that goes!
EBay has them pretty cheap. Or get an official Samsung charger unit that has a extra battery. It is like $50

Go to any at&t store and nicely ask them charge it for you on the demo device.
If you do the warranty replacement through AT&T in the mail you can charge the battery in the replacement phone. I think you get like 10 days to send it back.

Yep, you get 10 days from when you receive the replacement to mail out your old phone. So charge it in the replacement.
Or just use the battery from the replacement phone. =P

Considering S2 is baned, what are they replacing warranty phones with? Be nice if it were a free upgrade to S3.

The ban is not in effect yet... And AT&T received some refurbished ones recently from what I read on another thread... They will not offer you the S3, keep dreaming LOL

Hey everyone,
I have a white samsung GS2 T989. I was thinking of buying an extended battery and/or an external battery pack charger (i was looking at an Anker® Astro Mini 2600mAh)
.
I was looking into a qcell brand battery, what do you think? Thanks for your time.

does your model have the same battery size as GT-I9100? If so, the most reliable extended battery i could recommend is the official samsung 2100mAh extended battery.. just to be safe
Yep. What Saywhat said. Genuine 2000mAh if there's one available for your phone. I've tried batteries from other manufacturers & been underwhelmed (nowhere near specified capacity, excessive heat when charging).
well, seidio's 3200mah battery is working really well for me. it last me two day with normal usage.
anyway, i think the op have the tmobile, whick mean that none of the battery for the i9100 will fit in it.
OP: i think you should ask the people in the tmobile s2 sub forum.

Momax 2700 mAh, having LG cells. About 1 year use and very happy. Smaller stuff doesn't really make enough difference for me.

Hello everyone. I am looking forward to build an external charger for standard battery. Can someone point out to some tutorial or guide to achieve the same thing? Also one with proper knowledge please point out what do the four points on battery work for in sense for charging.
Thanks

I've been waiting for this. I had the Anker replacement batteries for my Note 2 and they lasted noticeably longer than the Samsung battery. But I can't seem to find the pre-order. Do you happen to have a link?
Just a single battery is all I can find and I want the charger also.

Yeah I have also been checking for the two batteries on amazon, as well as ebay, and still nothing lol.
Ordered one a couple days ago and should get it sometime next week.
Im getting really good battery life with the stock Samsung amd hopefully the Anker will be even better.
Received mine today. It came in nice retail packaging. Seems to be made of good quality and appears to be slightly thicker and heavier to me.
I'll have to see how it performs over the next few days.

Does anyone know if this charger works with the GN3 battery? I saw it on the bottom of the Anker GN3 battery on Amazon as a "Frequently Bought Together" pair but the amazon link doesn't specifically say Note 3, which looks alot bigger than the other batteries listed.
The Charging Kit is available on Verizon's Web site (spare battery and charger).

hmm... the stock battery is 3200 too right?
what's the point of buying this to replace the stock one?
or is the Anker going to be a spare?
Spare battery at a lower cost though anger batteries have gott n more expensive lately.

I remember buying 2 Note 2 Anker batteries for $12~ and then it went up for $17 or so but these seem expensive

The description says that the maximum length the charger fits is 2.6 in (6.6cm) and the output voltage is 4.2v. It doesn't charge the S4 due to the output voltage being lower than needed (4.35v). I'd assume that would be the same voltage required for the Note 3? I looked at a few sites but couldn't find anything. Maybe someone else that knows can chime in.

I wrote Anker an e-mail over the weekend and they got back to me early this morning:
Thank you for contacting us.
I am sorry that the Note 3 battery and charger combo is not available now. But it is expected to be available at the beginning of next month.
Please check it later.

Hi
I'm new here and was hoping to get a bit of advise. I need to get a new battery for an old Samsung Galaxy SII (i9100) and I have been having a look on Amazon. I know the correct battery I need but what troubles me is the amount of conflicting reviews on the batteries. Almost all of them have 50/50 people saying they work or don't work and it gets even worse when you try to look for a genuine Samsung battery with most of the reviews claiming that they are not in fact genuine Samsung.
What I'm hoping is that one of you have bought one in the past that worked okay either genuine or non genuine (it just needs to work) and that you remember which one it was you bought so I can take a look at that one too. At the moment I'm just confused by all the noise in the reviews and haven't got a clue which I should be going with.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah that's the trouble now though as it's such an old phone most shops don't stock them so you have to look online. You mention that you got a 2000mah battery, do these work okay then? I thought I'd have to get a 1650mah as that's what came with the phone? Can you put any mah? in the phone?
use the 2000 mah, samsung made it special for s2 and is a great battery i bought it 2 months ago from store so they still make them
