Problem with mobile network "NEDJMA" on the Galaxy S i9000 / i9100

In first, please excuse my bad English.
We have a big problem in Algeria with the mobile network NEDJMA on the Galaxy S i9000/i9100, the sim isn't recognized, in best case, it's recognized, the network bars are here, but it's impossible to make or receive a call, it's unreachable. That problem doesn't exist with the others mobile networks (Djezzy and Mobilis).
For the i9000, I've try to flash many roms and custom roms, with so many modems, but in vain. the phone refuse to recognize the sim. i have also try to put that same sim in another i9000 with the same custom rom CM9 4.0.4 and the same modem JVT, and guess what, the phone recognize the sim and mobile network works great!
For the i9100p, I've flashed a JVS modem and I've reduced the frequency of network bugs from many in one day to 1 or 2 in 4 or 5 days.
So, what you think about this problem? if is not the modem who we should change? then what we should do?

I have a big problem with my SGS2!
If i try to run my SGS2 with my SIM (Telekom) then i do not have reception,
but if iam nearly 800meters in front of a send masts, I've got reception. Oô
If i took my old MobilePhone (Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10) i works fine, I took any other Mobilephones/Smartphones it works fine.
If i try to use SIM-cards from other Providers in my SGS2 like Vodafone, O2, Alditalk, it works fine. (But WHY not with MY SIM???)
So i tried to do a Firmware Update on Android 4.0.3, Hydrogen Kernel and new Baseband Versions, NOTHINK Works :/
After this I go to Telekom (i've not buyed there my SGS2, i've bought it from a friend, but he can use it normaly) and described the same,
so I've got 6 different versions of a SIM - Card, like 1,8V and 3,3V variants, NOTHING works! -.-
After this, i tried to ROOT my MobilePhone, but any attempt be unsuccessful.
Nowadays I tryed the Special "Telekom" Android Version (2.3.6) of the SGS2, unsuccessful.
Does any of you might have an idea what I could do?

Hmm.. probably not the best option, but... change your operator but maintain the same number ?
If other sim cards work then there should be the problem with the Telekom one!

One wrong modem/baseband change it .
Two network settings not entered correctly .

Damaged Sim ask for replacement sim .

Sell it or read the faqs and guides posted here and flash a stock rom .
Add to that phone needs a service repair .

first of all, check your EFS. It might crashed before u do anything else as its a possible root of problem. Dial *#06# and does it show your IMEI? Then go to settings and about phone, does it show what baseband you are on? If no imei or baseband unknown, your EFS is broken.
After checking the EFS issue, then u may proceed on thinking bout other solutions to it. Just confirm it first

Silly questions but:
Could it be you are in airplane mode?
Do you insert your sim correctly?
Is packet data checked in settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks?

maybe you can try flashing different modem for your tab see here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1867147
I flashed stock ICS ROM 4.0.4 Italy using ODIN on P7500 earlier running stock HC 3.2 INU. Then I have installed the voice dialing mod. Now both voice and 3G have been working well.

i have bought a sgs3 on vodafone uk network , the phone was probably factory unlocked as my 3uk simcard worked.
my question is should i rebrand(flash a 3 uk firmware) my phone to 3 to improve the signal ?any help

No you should search for the Modems thread and take a look around there. Try flashing different Modems through CWM until you find a Modem which gives you a better/stronger signal.

I have Samsung galaxy ace gt s 5830 i.Early i have bricked it but now i have un-bricked it by flashing it with stock firmware .every thing work good but when i make call "mobile network not available" message will show .then i put SIM of other mobile carrier (like zong )it work
but i want to use JAZZ another mobile network company.I am in Pakistan but i don't get Pakistan firmware but i have try other firmware but it will get same result.i have also change network but nothing effect and i have also IME number.

I'd just like to ask where I could find the original development roms which would work in the UK, as the ones in the thread are for the international version of the s3 i9300 only. This would be of huge help. Thank you
The UK phone is the international version, there is no difference. i9300 is the same model number, don't flash anything with a different one.

Depends on the history of your handset, especially the efs folder and modem.
Ah I had no problem with the IMEI or baseband. I was receiving signal but it would say not registered on a network
Possibly your custom rom is missing the correct network settings, you haven't wiped the phone properly before flashing, recovery is out of date etc. etc. Also, try another SIM to see if it's a network problem.
