Sense 4 ROMs doesnt work !!! - HTC EVO 3D

I have a GSM Evo 3D
currently .. there are two sense 4 ROMs
1st: the "Team VENOM" rom ( the multi one is for GSM ) :

some users say that the ROMs work good ( unless the 3d it is not working)
However ... when I flashed either of them ... my device stuck on the logo and keep rebooting
I tried for million times and nothing changed ..
any one knows what is going on with me , please ?

this is not a solution .,,, I am on MIUI Rom now and its pretty perfect ,, but many users adviced me to try the sense 4

Are you s-off or s-on? Sometimes being s-on causes bootloops since the kernel doesn't flash correctly.
Read, Search, Read again, ... Then Ask with Tapatalk 2

I am s-off ,,, and every ROM i tried worked good ... this is the first time I see something like this

I don't know if possibly formating your sd card would help? Your firmware shouldn't be the issue.

Yes but android does leave info on your card with each rom, your s-off, you are using the latest firmware, your using 4ext recovery, the rom dowload is good, so it should work!! Worth a try

Ok this is my setting on my phone
Hboot 1.49.1107 rl , maybe clearing cache and dalvik after you flash the rom might help, just noticed i was relocked on my hboot

I see many people posting suggestions, but hopefully I can help guide you a bit more clearly.
Check radio versions, some ROMs will say which to use, others just assume latest version. You can search for radio threads which may help guide you, if not search for the latest stock ROM for guidance on which radio is the latest.
Check that you are S-OFF and unlocked (if it applies to your phone), also search around if people are having issues with the hboot you have.
When switching ROMs you should always do a superwipe (clear system, caches, everything), sometimes even clearing all caches can help too - but when switching ROMs I suggest clearing everything.
Check what recovery you are using - sometimes recoveries wont flash all ROMs properly. This isn't often something to worry about and tended to be a problem of the past, but still always something to consider.
Good luck, hope that helps as guidance towards deciding what the correct solution is.

yeah i had the same problem, i didn't know that you had to flash that firmware update :/
i did that and this rom is running flawless so far
TO THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT TO TRY THIS ROM BUT GET REBOOT ERRORS, WHEN YOU FLASH THE ROM (DONT REBOOT), MOUNT YOUR SD CARD AND MOVE THE FIRMWARE ZIP IN the FOLDER "VENEM" TO THE ROOT OF YOUR SD CARD AND FLASH IN THE BOOTLOADER. ALL SHOULD BE WELL. THIS ROM IS AMAZING. i guess caps wasn't neccesary but people needed to read that. thanks for the posts as well

OK .. all what you said is already done ... except the Hboot .. Mine is 153 .. but "flashallthetime" Hboot is 149
I dont know if that make anyy differene

OK
that didnt work .. when I enter the bootloader ... it says ( ID file isnt correct ... cant updated )
I think this firmware is for CDMA cuz it contains a file named ( Shoorer.... ) ,, and the GSM one should be ( ShooterU...)
So ,,, I may need the proper firmware that I dont know where to find
