Well this sucks!!!!! - Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

Called sprint today cause I was having read bad 3g drops so they had me do ##3282# enter my msl number do a data profile reset and here it is 3.5 hrs later and I still have no data connection...they tried resetting my data profile on there end and still nada....any suggestions?

Do the ##3282# again and view what mode you are and look at advance and check everything is okay

I was able to getmy data profile provisioned using WiFi, but still when I turn the mobile network on and tries to connect then disconnects and repeats trying to connect several times

Try setting roaming to Sprint Only, then toggle CDMA/LTE to CDMA and back to CDMA/LTE again. Worked for me last time I was stuck in a similar situation as you without a mobile connection.

Do a ##72786# then msl code then hit the settings and reset that happened to me a bit ago I thought I fry my radio again

Dude call Sprint your probably disconnected from there end, I had no texting calling or data and it them who had me disconnected, so it's probably there fault just ask if there server is receiving your phone if not tell them to reset it and done everything is back to working

I can make and receive calls without a problem, i just have no working data connection, was on the phone with sprint shortly after i started having problems with it they tried resetting on there end but nothing would work

You sure they aren't being lazy? I had to call a few times before they actually did anything...... I even had a guy said data is down in my area when I was using it on my brothers s3 hung up and spoke to some else who helped me

Sir u have fried ur radio I did that on my first evo lte and it happened a while ago on the new one but the ##72786# fix it for now looks like the latest update been messing up the phones data

Man i sure hope it fixes itself, otherwise....its going to be one very boring day at work with not being able to text the gf or surf the web when i have nothing to do

That is what i was figuring, was hoping not tho,,,,,,,was hoping there was a clitch in it and doing some more playing around with it would get it to work........but i do appreciate everyone trying to help..

I have been having the issue lately but I have 4G and NV working going on at a tower near me. I get 4G signal for like 10 miles around my house but it seems to end right at the end of my driveway and switches to 3G.
However, since I seem to be on the edge of a very weak LTE signal (confirmed I could still get 4G by using DATA menu and switching to 4G only)
and a really strong 3G signal, it doesn't know which network it should connect to, so it doesn't hold a data connection to EITHER 3G or 4G for a while, but if I restart the phone or use it for a bit, the 3G will pick up again.
Tl; dr - are you on the edge of some LTE work going in your area??
BTW, the information was confirmed using sg4ru.com as well.

What is "usb charging" in ##3282# your able to check it or uncheck

I tried hard resetting the phone and still no data .....guess i take it to sprint tomorrow
