I have a broken screen razr, I'm able to see the screen through ddms, however I plan tu use you program to unlock the screen, install a VNC server (the screen works but I can't slide, just "touch") and backup all my information, however I don't have a windows machine available y any chance do you chave the adb commands or something I could use?

ho provato il porting diamond -> prophet in passato ma senza successo..
devo ricucinare questa rom per aggiustare dei link e includere PDC al today, quindi posso includere qualcos'altro.. idee?

E' il mio primo upgrade, e la rom va benissimo.....Sembra leggermente più veloce del vecchio WM5 che avevo installato dalla fabbrica.
L'unico piccolissimo problemino è che all'inizio lo schermo è fortemente disallineato, e un newbie potrebbe aver problemi....

Salve a tutti perdonate il mio inglese stò usando google per tradurre il mio messaggio.
vorrei sapere se qualcuno fosse interessato e capace di creare un programma per hd2 che servisse a cercare il telefono quando viene di solito smarrito dentro casa, mi spiego meglio, a me capita di lasciare il telefono da qualche parte in casa e poi non riuscire a trovarlo.
Una soluzione sarebbe farlo squillare ma se non c'è campo?
Un probabile programma potrebbe funzionare cosi:
1) il programma si attiva all'accensione del telefono
2) quando si lascia il telefono, quindi il sensore di movimento non funziona per un determinato periodo di tempo (preimpostato dall'utente) parte il programma
3) quando comincia il programma, il microfono si attiva se il microfono capta un suono prememorizzato o preregistrato dall'utente ad esempio un fischio, il telefono risponde emettendo un qualsiasi suono o file audio contenuto nella sua memoria permettendo così di essere ritrovato
4) il programma potrebbe funzionare anche in associazione al sensore di luminosità

If you are in warranty time and you never unlocked the BL I'd bring it to the vendor for repair. If you are not in warranty so far try with a custom kernel, if the problem is hardware you have to bring it tot he vendor but you'll pat for the repair.
Hi all, I also have the exact same problem and I've seen that sometimes raising and lowering the brightness resolved that problem but after a while (even one or two weeks) comes back .. What can cause it? I already have the bootloader unlocked then the guarantee in theory I lost .. but I've already sent this phone twice in assistance before unlocking and I'm bored ..

As I said the problem went away, I solved by putting it in charge overnight (battery run out) and this morning just turned on the problem was scomparo .. I believe that the problem stems from the charge the phone while it is on, it will bring some interference with the floating touch .. at least I think .. however, test and see if you solve!

Ti rispondo in italiano così ci capiamo meglio, spero non mi cazzino. Allora, il problema al touch con il telefono sotto carica è insito in questo dispositivo, che ne dicano quanto gli pare ma NESSUNO è riuscito ad eliminarlo. Anzi, ho provato alcuni kernel alternativi (es. il Munjeni's) che effettivamente risolvono il problema della scarsa sensibilità in carica, ma aumentandola a dismisura: provando a scrivere non si riesce perché il telefono sembra posseduto dal demonio e preme tasti a caso. L'utente che ha aperto il thread lamentava scarsa sensibilità ma solo in una parte del dispositivo e non solo a dispositivo in carica. Quindi il suo suppongo sia proprio un difetto di fabbrica. Ciao ciao.

I had an issue with my Lenovo too back in January and had disassembled it as well. Mine was having issues with the flex cable, so I bought a new one and replaced it. It seems like the nex flex cable is also having problems though.

Ciao AleSSi0, io ho aperto il K900 pochi giorni dopo averlo acquistato perché non andava l'auricolare è pensando che fosse il firmware ho anche provato ad aggiornare alla 4.3 con una viberom_v1.0_1411_ST_K900 trovata in un forum Lenovo ma è solo inglese e cinese e fra l'altro ha anche qualche bug, ci sarebbe il lavoro di QuBeX da seguire ma adesso penso che sia impegnato con gli esami , per il toucscreen o display ti posso dire che quando l'ho aperto sembra tutto un pezzo con il telaio perché appunto il telaio è il retro del display dove ci sono le schede montate, mi dispiace ma non sarà facile trovare ricambi per questo device.

Visto che qua si parla anche in italiano, vorrei chiedere qualcosa: il mio Lenovo K900 ha un problema con la camera. cuando tento di usare dece: "impossible to connect to the camera". Lo apro il telefono senza problemi pero non posso riparare. Ho trovato su internet (Aliexpress) una nuova camera pero ho paura che non fozionera ancora. I miei dubbi mi vengono perche non funziona nemenno il flash. Ho provato di staccare la camera e tentare di usare il flash pero niente, non funziona. Che ne pensate? Il problema e di flash e poi viene implicato anche la camera? Grazie. scusa la lingua.

You should check the firmware version of your K900 because when I received it from tinydeal was not different applications, they got stuck in the launch and I had to reboot several times but the blocks were always frequent.
My rom was multilingual, but the translation into Italian was really painful, then the headset did not work and before I go crazy with the updated method SDFUSE with a rom found on a lenovo forum, only Chinese and English.
VIBEROM_V1.0_1411_STK900 version 4.3, after the flash and after reinstalling the various app despite the only two languages should be much better.
So before you go and touch the particular hardware are difficult to find and replace, try a different rom, made a backup of important data and evidence, waiting for a rom Multilingual valid and updated type V8 QuBex. Let us know the result, thanks.
Tu controlla la versione del firmware del tuo K900 perchè quando io l'ho ricevuto da tinydeal aveva diversi problemi con le applicazioni , si bloccavano al lancio e ho dovuto riavviare diverse volte ma i blocchi erano sempre frequenti.
La rom presente aveva italiano ma la traduzione era veramente penosa , poi dopo avere scoperto che l'auricolare non funzionava e prima di impazzire ho aggiornato con il metodo SDFUSE con una rom trovata su un forum lenovo , solo cinese e inglese , non ho trovato di meglio al momento .
Con la VIBEROM_V1.0_1411_STK900 versione 4.3 , dopo il flash ed dopo avere reinstallato le varie app nonostante le sole due lingue andava molto meglio ed aveva problemi solo con app facebook ma l'auricolare non andava ancora e dopo ho scoperto che era stato montato al contrario.
Quindi prima di andare a toccare particolari hardware difficili da reperire e sostituire , prova una rom diversa , fatti un backup dei dati importanti e prova , in attesa di una rom multilingua valida e aggiornata tipo V8 QuBex . Facci sapere il risultato grazie.
Grazie della tua imediata risposta. Durante questi 3 mesi ho provato deversi rom pero nessuno solve i problema della camera. Adesso sto usando il rom che lei dice. Puoi trovere come riferimento la foto ataccata. Anche io lo aperto il telefono tentare di stringere beni i cavi e ancora niente. Lo stacato la camera ed ho provato di usare il flash, la torce e ancira niente.
Che cosa poso fare ancora? Grazie!

Hi svvv, I do not know if there is a larger battery to replace your smartphone because the battery capacity is determined by its size and the space available is just that. Another problem is the difficulty in obtaining spare parts from China. I thing a good rom can extended the battery life, my K900 now is on from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm with a moderate use. You must be in st-by for a new firmware!

Non credo che un connettore possa essere responsabile del tuo problema , quando è successo il difetto che hai menzionato?

If we use the phone only for messaging and calling battery backup is moderate but when i browse, download, especially playing games battery backup is very worst. Mobile becomes so hot and battery drain is almost 1% per 30 secs. I am not able to use any SMARTphone capabilities only using it as a phone which is bad
