Here is the latest MagicMod rom for xt910(GSM ONLY!!)

Q:What is MagicMod
A:MagicMod is a custom rom mainly based on CyanogenMod, but implements other porjects functions(team-gummy, aokp, AOSP, etc...) We want to merge the awesome functions by cm/gummy/aokp into ONE ROM.

Know Bugs:
- I don't have webtop devices, so can't test it, maybe it not work
- Dure to framebuffer problems,some PC snap tool(like wandoujia/91 PC suite) not work on this rom
- Sometimes torch flashlight not work(sometimes works)
How to flash :
- It works only on GSM phone( not tested on CDMA)
- U should flash this rom on an ICS rom(I mean, your kernel should be 3.X, and your stock rom should be ics)
- Install safetrap or bootstrap to flash this rom( I think boot manager not work on this rom)
- Wipe/Reboot & enjoy it
How to boot into CM bootmenu:
- During power on, when U see the led turns RED, press(NOT press hold, just press again and again) the volum key down
- U can starting press the volum key down when U saw the moto logo if U don't know when to press this key

PS:Someone said BM compatibile version not works on their phone, so flash this version at your own risk.
This snapshoot was the first release, the signal bar display problem had fixed now
Maybe this is the last ics release for MagicMod, I'm mergeing my changes into jellybean now, so the next release would be jellyben rom, also, I'll add more functions in it.

The first ROM from China is MIUI if you don't know
What about rotation animation? USB and WiFi tethering? Does this work?

why does it contain a boot.img into zip? is it for CM recovery?

I try convert it, remove boot.img & /system/etc/bootmenu

It's not BootMenu Manager compatible. U should use bootstrape or safetrape to install it.

yeah i know, i was trying to make it booting on BM Manager... I need two system to make somes test. Sad it don't work

Wifi works

Very smooth
need deeper test but seems to be my future daily rom
Could you just plz include more language? i'll install morelocale for now.

settings/performance FC
settings/system/Recents window style make systemUI.apk close.
