1.) How to enable icons from gallery without an icon pack
no my friends this is not a sorcery or something from harry potter!
here's how it goes:
Prerequisites:
-Any launcher which supports selecting pictures as icons (ADW or Holo Prefered)
-Any png, gpeg, gpg, icons in your sdcard

1.a) Long press the icon on the dock or the screen (For ADW its double tap on the dock)

2.a) Download UCCW Themes here
2.b) Put widget background image and "theme".uccw in sdcard/ultimatecustomclockwidget folder.
2.c) Put fonts in sdcard/fonts folder.

2nd method for .UZIP extensions
2.a)2.a) Download UCCW Themes here
2.b) After saving the .uzip theme in your sdcard
2.c) Select UCCW from the apps
2.d) Press menu button to bring up options
2.e) Select Import Skins
2.f) Navigate through the folder where you have saved the theme (this is tricky since the background and label is white but you can still recognize them though)
2.g) When inside the folder look for the .uccw theme and select it

3.a) Press "menu" then "add"
3.b) Select "widget"
3.c) Select "UCCW"
3.d) Select desired size
