I want add assistive light and remove some shortcut in stock ICS.4 ROM

you cannot edit the shortcuts on stock rom.
if you'd like to install a custom rom you'll have this option.

yes u cant change samsung's toggles on stock firmware
u can add the toggles using the app the other dude gave u
and u can install a costume rom that has the toggles u want
i recommend cyanogen mod

Flash successfully but didn't change anything on status bar. Its still SanGingerAce default.

Hey guys presenting a modded stock clock widget for galaxy y..... I have just modded it to look cooler....:victory:
STEPS TO INSTALL
1. Copy the clockwidget.apk to system/app using root explorer
2. Set permissions to rw--r--
3. Reboot
OR
Install directly using system apps installer.....
