Check/search theme and app section of this forum, I think I saw something like that once.
I'm also not sure if Jkay hasn't incorporate this mod already.

Yeah, you will need backsmai and smali to edit them.
If you are so interested in this mod, thou can just simply flash a custom ROM ICS 4.0.3 that's compatible with Jkay 14.1 framework

[MOD_TW4] GALAXY S2 Touchwiz 4 fles sources

Hi guys i attached the latest sources files of TW4. There are three files with its location in framewok.jar just past content.
these files working on 2.3.5 and 2.3.4.
enjoy !!!
JUST click on THANKS
what do we get (in features) using these files? are these flashable through CWM ?
little more details would always help.. will this work on EH09 powerwashed ?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these are more geared for ROM and theme makers to update the touchwiz framework to TW4.
So it's not flashable via CWM, because it involves decompiling the current framework, adding these files, then recompiling again.

-Unfortunately, there are no theme apk for your ROM.
-However, there plenty zip themes that will work for your ROM, under theme section of this forum.
-ICS domination is an example of those zip themes, with many eye candy

Need to re-odex

I need to re-odex my XWLPG based Neat Rom. I searched on XDA and found these two posts :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1851567
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1402233
I tried out the second one but couldn't get it to work. Can someone please develop a simple CWM script so that I can just flash it and re-odex the whole ROM back ?
I am on Neat Rom XWLPG with CF-Root kernal for the same.

I have already seen that post. I specifically asked for a simple CWM script. It is available for the S3. With only a few lines of code edited, it should work with the S2.
Please create a CWM flashable file for the I9100

I already provided the link in the original post itself. It's the first of the two links I attached. You call me lazy and you can't even pay attention to stuff.
Besides, I did try one of the methods, couldn't get it to work. I even tried to edit the CWM script, couldn't get through with that too. And that's because I'm no expert in this field. Please try to avoid judging people based on a simple request.

1. I'll let you if there's something i can do about it. There may be a little delay; that's because, there is no i can test it, since I'm not on stock ROM
2. I'm using tapatalk, which always open any XDA link within the app without showing the forum. Therefore there was no way for me to have known that the first link belongs to S3 section except i open it in my browser (which i don't normally do for XDA links).
3. It is NOT my job to help you. I'm only trying to assist and you should respect that.

1. Even if you didn't know it was the S3 section, the post was about a re-odexing CWM script, which was the only relevant part according to my request. So it's quite evident that you didn't pay attention at all.
2. I didn't pull you out from your house and force you to help me. All I did was making a public request and you chose to reply to me voluntarily.
If you weren't capable enough to help, you shouldn't have replied in the first place, rather than passing your expert comments about me.

[Q] how to Add mods to a cooked S2 Rom ?

hi guys, I've cooked my first GT-I9100 ROM, before asking here, I've searched for my issue but didn't find it so I ask it here
I want to add some mods into my Rom, like 4way reboot, multiwindows, S4 apps, S4 icons, things like that
but all guides on xda can be used via CWM ,
my question is, how can I add these MODS into my Rom Directly so that the user Flashes a Rom that has all these MODS
without flashing these individual mods one by one through CWM ???
thanks.

well AFAIk u have to Mod the SystemUI.apk, the framework-res.apk and also the Android.policy.jar file's in the first place to include all the above
but it would always be better to have them as individual or a combination of mod's though
And if ur rom is a stock deodexed JB or one based on the stock JB then the below link would help u a lot
