as suggested, with success story by some users on XDA,
- use brush to clean your micro usb port.
Swyped from my Galaxy SII
It is worked. Thanks mate. Cheers.

Same problem again. I brushed many times but nothing is changed. Any advice?

Flash stock fw and wipe to see the problem related with software or hardware.
Yeah, either "brush" it daily or invest a whole $10 and fix it yourself.

hi sir i noticed it to the batt is kinda heatin up so do i need to replace my battery?
Any one could give me advise please
Sent from my X10i using XDA Premium App
The phone usually reboots when it overheats too much,
It can be the battery, try calibrating it
Or try another rom
If it doesnt work replace the battery
Worst case scenario could be motherboard issues(not very common)

i was able to repalce my battery and its still doing the same thing however when i used my galaxy tab usb charger i dont experience this problemits seems its the chargerfault
Not to scare you out or anything but it might be an defective motherboard :/

It's always that or the USB
My sgs2 keeps randomly rebooting when connected to my sony car stereo via bluetooth, Im unsure whether it has only occurred on ics roms. But I have been on at least 3 or 4 ics roms and it has occurred on each.
Currently on lp8 and it is still doing it.
Has anyone else experienced this
sure the device is rebooting? often it just asks your pin again which is reported to be a kernel problem...
Yep. Boot animation kicks on after phone freezes up.

If you've tried a couple of ics roms and they still give the same freezes. Then I recommend you go back to a GB rom and stay with it if the Bluetooth is really that important to you.

Seems like the problem is 4.0.3. related. I'm on cm9 running 4.0.4 and all is well.

I am experiencing this as well. I currently have a SONY MEXBT3900U. This normally happens when I play music. My phone would randomly restart.
I read other posters are experiencing this as well. When I was on Gingerbread rom, I had no issues at all. Now that I upgraded to ICS Shostock2..I started to have the problems. I have not tested out on other roms yet like you did. I love the rom so much, I'm willling to stick with it instead of reverting back to gingerbread.
As a loop around..I'm just going to use the usb output. If not..the auxiliary when I have my pandora on.

Try rebooting the phone at first, if that did not help do a data factory reset. After that if not solved you might reflash a stock rom. Still no remedy, take it to the shop/repair center.

Am I missing something here? At what point did they even mention rooting the phone? And rooting is still the best way of disabling bandwidth hungry ads in apps.

What type of flickering? This may sound stupid, but it is a legit question. Try making a photo of it.
If it is going downwards in bar-like formation, it's the display.
If it is blinking, it is Android, or a loose connection...

It is a kernel problem. What kernel are you on? Try flashing stock kernel and try. Even I have this problem, but I am not sure if the mobile actually charges or not.
I have stock but only things that i did... I rooted that phone

Hi, all. I'm not a noob before anyone starts .
I have a mysterious problem with my battery, stock SII. I pulled my battery earlier for atleast 5 mins and I have a big decline in power. Can anyone recommend a solution?

AFAIK there is no solution. The percentage will be right after some time or after a complete charge.

Reseting fuel gauge sometime helps.

Hmm, everything is stock, all I did was pull the battery for 5 minutes while I swapped out my memory card. It happened on my s1 after I flashed cutom rom, but that was fixed by changing the kernal.
