You post a ZIP file of a ROM from Euro device for "Devs" that want to port it? Any Dev would use the original (which is assuming where you got this) from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1176174. A real Dev would not need this for porting. They would use the original. Just saying...
Also, for anyone interested, I did a side by side comparison of this Euro ROM and the US ROM back on July 21st: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=15847420&postcount=17. It details the specific /system changes besides the OS change.
I think your effort is commendable but maybe a duplication in work... Either way thanks for adding to the community!

umm yea, you're sounding like an ass. sure they are perfectly capable of doing that and YAY for them if they do. just trying to save someone a few steps because i had nothing else to do. it's much more convenient to work with a zip then to have to pull it all from the RUU.

JoelZ and I have been working on it but the display will not work properly. Apparently it's not as straight forward as we thought.
I got it to boot with sound and everything the screen went out and I'm currently trying to fix a radio issue now. I really hope there isn't a RUU in my future. LMAO

Welcome to CON ROM V6! This is a CDMA & GSM Combo ROM
This leak is our official OTA which launched 8/2/2012.
This is a stock, rooted, debloated version of the new 3.14.605.12 OTA. This is the only 3.14.605.12 based ROM with APM, Tweaks, Aroma Installer, and Aroma based Sense and De-Sense! It was also the first to have working root.

Rom is an S-ON & S-OFF Combo Rom.
1) Wipe

You'll need to open up the .zip file, extract boot.img, then 'fastboot flash boot boot.img' in fastboot.
Or, make a PH98IMG.zip.
Old kernels may work on this ROM anyway. I'd bet that they do. Someone will test, I'm sure. But to use the new kernel, there are many ways to skin the cat with S-On. It just won't reboot and flash itself!

Con, can you comment at all towards the kernel? I've heard its still borked, ramps up and is still pretty warm. I was really hoping the scaling would be fixed for the OTA.

Scaling really isn't the problem. It's perflock that is the issue. It probably won't be fixed until source is released
I honestly don't see what the issue with the kernel is. If it is the same as the 5/7 leak which I think it is, I haven't had problems with it. The best thing to do is don't install any apps that allow you to view or modify the CPU speed and just let it do its thing.

I built a rom which is de-odexed, but am trying to figure out how to re-odex the rom. It is running ICS 4.0.3 and Sense 4.0 and I cannot find an odex script compatible for the life of me!!

With ICS - I'm not sure - still waiting for the update myself..
EDIT: Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear, but from my experience, there are not many themers/modders/devs working with odexed systems, so unless ICS is very similar to GB as far as creating new odex files (btw, I broke apart my buddy's stock RAZR ICS, and there are a lot more deodexed apks than there were in GB).. so, you might be on your own for a while..

based on the new 2.19.605.2 OTA (uploaded here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49243081&postcount=7 by @dcooterfrog) i managed to execute all patches manually and "offline" on my linux system (following the guidance from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1286731)
I have uploaded the full set of OTA changed files (apps, framework etc) here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?a=show&w=files&flid=7765
* all newly added files from the OTA included
* all patch-files executed, based on the 2.17.605.2 RUU and resultant 2.19.605.2 apk/odex etc files included
* old and new sha1 checksums verified (as per updater-script from the OTA)
* included all files from the RUU that got _removed_ by the OTA (for reference)
* attached the full summary of build.prop changes
(* missing: deodex and zipalign the newly patched files, for an easier comparison with the prev deodexed STOCK-rom, based on the 2.17.605.2 RUU ... to start at least some new mods and/or updates for Sense-based Dinc4G roms)
important notes: only in the (original) OTA included is a full new firmware set: boot.img, radio.img 1.53.06.1009 (was: 1.53.06.0919), recovery.img etc
also important: among the removed (and _not replaced!_) files is the: /system/lib/libDxOAF.so !!!
It thus looks like as if with the new OTA, the cam on our Dinc4G does _not_ rely any longer on that damn patented DxO-autofocus library, as HTC/Verizon removed it from the ROM via OTA 2.19.605.2. Along this line it is also suggestive of an updated kernel, to make up for the removal of that DxO autofocus library. This could in principle allow us to finally FIX the problem of camera initialization on JB-based Sense-ROMS which were missing a function cam due to that patented DxOAF lib not being included in the official HTC kernel-sources. (CM already solved it on their own via a different and newly written cam-lib for the Dinc4G!)Sense-based roms!!
i sincerely hope that the Dinc4G-dev community for Sense-based roms and mods is NOT yet completely dead :crying::fingers-crossed: ... let us show them that we can do more than just the 20th incarnation of another CM/AOSP rom.
Could we import these patched files in say viperROM or the rooted 2.17 stock rom?

even if deodexed ... not as such, at least not into Viper as they heavily modified almost ALL system-files/apks as well. but after deodexing they should be fine to upgrade the stock-rooted 2.17.605.2 rom ... and possibly others, even like Pizzuto (maybe), but not directly as 24ky (in case of pizzuto) would have to check if his modifications interfere / are implemented in apks to be changed. he could (if he has time and is willing to) integrate the OTA-updated files into his rom by _re-adding_ his modifications to the new _base + OTA-included_ apk and framework.

which completely kangs Team Venom tweaks and mods and just renames them to Team Soul or whatever
you can use the real Team Venom ViperDNA instead of course (why use a crappy copy when you can use the real thing)

l will try to squeeze in time to build two stock Lollipop roms for your Sprint note 3's. A stock odexed and a stock fully deodexed. BUT FYI... a fully deodexed LOLLIPOP framework is the only way to be able to do several popular mods for our phones, however deodexing the framework will defeat the purpose of ART. So it's your choice on this. You see, Lollipop uses oat files etc and most of the imporrtant odexes for several framework jar's are not individually odexed, they are hidden elsewhere in other framework files meaning you can't simply deodex an individual jar and expect to do a mod and put it in the rom. Not gonna happen. To properly run a deodexed framework you will want to fully deodex the entire framework in one fail swoop. Enough about that. I'll see what i can do to get you all a stock rom base or two.
Please, No PM's on time frame etc. I am already in touch with another member who will be your Note 3 rep concerning the stock rom bases. He will make himself known if and when he is ready. Thank you.

My only job here will be to create a pure stock rom "base". Future custom and/or "debloated" roms, will be up to you friendly chef's, themers, etc. I'm only making the foundation so to say.
I've already gotten all of the rom files ready, I just have to build and make necessary modifications in a few areas. I'm doing a little at a time as time permits. Once I upload these base roms, you will have to ask your Note 3 dev's to build their own custom Lollipop roms using these base roms Just wanted to make this clear so everyone understands my role here. Thank you.

I've recruited someone to help spit out another build. Hopefully he will have it done very soon. I have my hands full with my own Note 4 rom project and testing fixes with a phone i dont have is dificult and time consuming. Ill hive my buddy anothet day or two and if he hadnt finished with a fresh build then i will pick it back up and finish for u guys.
