I just bumped across some member asking how to boot our Xperia Devices in Safe Mode !!!
So i decide to post thread how to , so it may help other members who don't know how to.. :angel:
This Is Tested On Xperia Sola And Might Work On Xperia 2012 Devices Too !!
1) Switch Off The Device ( lol everyone noes that ) :silly:
2) Boot It ( That wasnt hard right ??? )
3) Let The SONY Logo Pass And When You Reach Xperia Splashscreen And The Phone Vibrates Before Entering The Homescreen
4) Touch And Keep Caressing The Menu Button (The Right Hand Side Button Look In The Uploaded Image)
5) Boom Safe Mode !!!

Tryed Xperia_contrast_boost on CM10 FXP150 and it works, but the animation dosn´t loop, only one single time is displayed, after that the screen remain black till the enter on the pin screen.

its correct (its not infinite loop , i hate it)
It will be nice to make a set of animations that loops, because some people (me included) will like to see something on the screen till the enter on the OS.

1. Download the .apk file
2. Install the apk file,, into internal memory ,,,. easy
3. Enable the miunlock app from the appdrawer
4. Then don't lock the phone manually by button for 1st time let it be lock own its own then the app works smoothly
5. Voila blow the kisses zxxZx Shake the booty enjoy the app...

Hi and firstly thank you in advance for any help you may give me and my apologies if this has been raised before but I can't find anything. The story is that I bought a Z Ultra with a broken screen to replace myself and keep for my own use. I have done this plenty of times before with other phones and managed to get a screen and do the job with no problems (so I thought). Now when I try to switch the phone on nothing happens. The led does light up when charger is connected and the Sony symbol comes on the screen followed by the charging symbol but nothing else happens. Cannot get fastboot or recovery and phone is recognised as sony mass storage by pc. Any help or thoughts would be very much appreciated. Many thanks, Bearpaul.

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
As far as your picture tells, you need to unlock your device bootloader before trying to do anything with it and with the tool. Seems that doing a factory reset could resolve your trouble. So as the warning says, follow the steps provided there and unlock your bootloader(this at your own risk), and try to flash a stock firmware or perform a factory reset.
For the next time you have an issue, please create a thread in the below section for your Xperia 10i :
Xperia X10 help
There you will get an answer by other X10/X10i owners, and them help will be much more useful than mine.
I am moving your thread there so you can get a solution for your problem.
