He has touch problems when using custom roms, which are not stock based.
Few people reported that problem when using CM rom's. Not sure what is the cause..
Something like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1592469
p.s. @ OP, as you see I found thread linked above(and few others) by searching for "touch problems". Try using search next time, who knows what you might find

Sounds familiar... because I just asked this question a few weeks before!
BTW at that time I stopped it rebooting by booting into CWM (recoveryNeo.img) and rename `/system/bin/bluetoothd`. But you know, Bluetooth will stop working. Try upgrading or repairing by SUS.

not a really big one. this is because of you've installed cwm that has replaced off-charging boot
to solve just reflash ur rom, or if u want press & hold power after sony logo disappears (to power on ur phone).
please make a try...

Search xda for cwm offline charge. In ray forum there was a solution for that, but only if you can power on the phone

Just use this, there's no need to reflash the rom. Just replace them as explained in the thread
