even i got an alpha and none of the tutorials for the funbook work and the alpha doesnt have any physical buttons

i think we can use the rom which are made for micromax p300 that is funbook because they both are based on cortex a8 and all winner mod series

bro..u knoe how to get back to stock rom or recovery in alpha in case i get stuck on micromax logo which usually happend to me wen i tried to flash rom in galaxy y...btw my ip is banned in android tablets site..dunno how..
had to do it twice to get my funbook rooted thanks guys atleast its rooted now... I was able to reboot in cmw but the up down was non responsive will let u knw if manage it...
update so finally got it working still seems a bit unstable follow:

I installd antutu benchmark app and saw dat cpu harware is sun5i and in the site below its mentioned that sun5i is allwinner a13...is dere any dev who can look in this matter...for ex all mods and scripts for allwinner a13 shud work for p250 alpha...

it means that this type of motherboard will not contain any hdmi port !
i tried to install cwm from the link u provided above...signature failed error comes..
fully working cwm
guys make sure that u r tab is rooted then go to this link

Did u backup and factory reset and installed ROM? I factory resented then it worked but I don't have my a25 its broken
I can help with more info I know
U can download official a25 ROM and install it from PC search the web about the ROM and flash it ENJOY

Yeah that should work just fine. I just unbricked this phone using the stock ROM. If you flash it correctly it should work 100%!

Hi,I also have purchased this model and successfully rooted it.You dont even need a pc to root it. All you need to download FRAMAROOT apk which may be downloaded from this forum. Install framaroot on your mobile and select Install super SU. Then select Barahir binary..You are done now.reboot your device and it is rooted..

Can we access /system folder in phone/system memory via CWM or even when phone is not booting? My phone is stuck in boot, I need to copy build.prop kept at SD Card to /system folder.

I hav no idea of cmw but it can be done via twrp
Download aroma file manager
Mount system b data n install it via cwm
File manager s gonna get opened n u can do cut copy delete etc.

just download it place it in the root of ur SD card and rename it as "recovery" (without quotes) thn install mobileuncle thn click on update recovery it ll search 4 the revovery.img thn it ll guide u through the same :good:

recovery is flashed in order to flash custom rom r som mods so u should use CMW as u preffer
and rooting ur device r updating the recovery shouldn't affect ur aplications
as u told tht the game is not running pls do check if the OBB file is missing r if something is corrupt

I downloaded real racing 3 from play store of 16 MB.When I open it it is stucked on EA logo .According ton other games it should let me download the SD card data.or if I flash recovery will it help me in these things??
