AOKP or Helly Bean? - Fascinate Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Which should I get? Which is more stable? Why should I choose one over the other? What are some cool features of each ROM? Thanks, and sorry for so many questions.

I recommend that CM10 is so good for fascinate. I think...

paranoidandroid 2.1!

Honeycomb Rom?

What's up crew I am new to this forum and wanted to know which Rom has the most AOSP Honeycomb on it that's without TouchWiz? And I currently have CM9 on it but want to try another Rom.

Really no one?
I believe all HC ROMs have TW. So all you have to choose from are the different ICS builds - there are the WiFi and 3G Kangs and Roman's AOKP build.

CM10 vs AOKP

Hey guys what's the difference between cyanogenmod and aokp.
I mean I used them both on ics and personally I found aokp to be better. What are your views about the jelly bean ones.
Sent from my MT11i using xda app-developers app
both are modified aosp releases but for me cm is better and the experience varies from device to device lets what others prefer
I hear both are very good. I've nvr tried CM, only AOKP, CNA, BAMF, Liquid, and JellyBelly.
Let me tell you this, you will NOT be disappointed with AOKP. And if you are, I feel bad for you D:
Personally I prefer CM to AOKP. Just seems...urgh neater and smoother?
Just a +1 vote for CM
i have tried aokp too relatively cm is better than aokp
Hey man my opinion changed after using aokp jb for a week or so.
It's quite unstable and laggy.
Whereas cm10 is quite smooth.
I'm on pacman Rom right now

Is JB good enough?

I just want to ask if Jelly Bean roms are polished enough so that they are suitable and comfortable enough for everyday use?
YES, if you choose a good rom with a kernel like siyah or dorimanx...

Why don't you just take a nandroid backup of your current setup, and try it out yourself? If you don't like it, or it's not "polished" enough for your taste, restore your backup.
Apart from some ril crashes from time to time, i have not experienced any other bug so far

Best Jelly Bean Rom?

Hey guys, i want to move on from ICS to JB, I have seen that the flykernel is a pretty good one... Which rom is the best in terms of:
1. Battery life
2. Performance
3. Stable
Thanks a lot for your future tips or recommendations.

Try CyanogenMod 10. Its stable, fast and almost everything working except front camera (It will work in future update)
you can also try p.a.c.

Completely does, at least on my phone.
Ill try Pac, I hope everything is working there fine
My phone too. PAC is great but I can't get great battery life from it. Not disastrous life just a lot faster drain than the best ICS builds. Don't think it copes with the widgets i use.

Not a commercial(or maybe it is), but try my Nyandroid AOSP Jally Bean, it's the only fully AOSP rom out there and it has fixed front camera (in release 3 wich is uploading ATM), and it is clean and pure AOSP.
flykernel for JB roms is the best?

How can you compare when one is a kernel and another is a rom?
IMO, PAC rom is the best. You get the best support on the thread, with every two weeks (more or less) updates and currently dev is building 4.2 roms. Have a go at it ^^

p.a.c. and cm10 is rom that i suggest to use with flykernel v0.5a(jb)..for flykernel v.8 it support most ics rom..
first of all wrong section to post, there is a general or a q&a section but there is no such thing of best rom, best rom for me will prbably not suit you, and will be worse for you, and saying one is better than other is not ok for developers, try them all and choose the one you like more

[Q] Honest Opinions please

Just wondering since the new update to 4.1.2 what are some ROMS out there that stick out in your opinion? Before I had used FlappJaxx and Paranoid. So thoughts and screen shots if you can please....
Thanks

Plus 1 on Padawan. However, I have to say that I've been going back and forth between Padawan and Avatar; also a very nice and stable ROM. Of course, Avatar is CM10.1 based and Padawan is TouchWiz.
