If an Exchange server requires a PIN code set, is there a way to bypass having to enter it every time you unlock?
I assumed there would be a hack for it or something.
Even a jailbroken iPhone can do it
Couple quick question is there a way to see addresses from my exchange server without a third party app?
Anyway to connection to nortel contivity router with group authentication?
Thanks for the 411
Sorry to post this here but I wasn't sure where else to ask it ....
Yesterday I got a text message from T-mobile stating that:
"You recently changed the web plan on your T-mobile account. If this was done in error, please go to MyT-Mobile.com"
Needless to say, I hadn't changed ANYTHING on my account. I went to the webpage and saw that an "unlimited data plan" had been added to my account.
When I called to cancel it, all the woman in India could tell me was that someone had added the account via MyT-Mobile.com. She suggested that maybe I had done it accidentally myself by clicking on a text message T-Mobile had sent me offering such a service, but I didn't receive any such message.
If my account was hacked, what benefit would there be for someone to add a data plan to it?
EDIT: There is one other possibility--I don't have a data plan at all. I use my wifi at home and there is free wifi where I work ... Sometimes the wifi at work drops out and I will get an "upsell" webpage from t-mobile, which I just cancel out off ... could I have accidentally hit something on that page that added data to my plan without any further confirmation from me?
Happened to me once on att and I called att and they changed it back.

Thanks for responding. My question for you is: do you know HOW it happened to you? That's my concern--figuring out how it happened so it doesn't happen again.
Change your password & security question if you have not already if your using windows it's a good idea to do a full system virus scan first if you don't use security software I would recommend buying some also make sure your wifi router isn't using wep since that can be hacked instead use wpa or wpa2 and change your wifi password as well to be sure
If it's not a problem with your security it's possible a friend or family member may have gained access to your account by using your computer at one stage or simply guessing details about you or your password or it's reset questions

What benefit do you think someone would gain from adding unlimited data to my account? That's what I can't figure out, and why I think maybe I did somehow accidentally do it myself.
Just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. When I turn on wifi at work, I get an error that says "sign-in not supported". Our work wifi requires a username and password, both of which are used to log into the network. Just wondering if this is an issue with the device or my IT network set up?
WiFi at home with encryption works fine, and public WiFi's works.
I'm thinking this stems from the same issues we having reading and replying to Corporate Exchange emails. My Exchange requires a password on device, although the Gear S has the ability to set a pin lock the whole thing stems from Corporations not being able to have access to wipe the watch.
Well, you know the wifi work cause you can access internet at home and public places.
I would first ask the corp IT dept if it is ok for you to log in with a unauthorized device first to the corp network. Now days corp IT dept have very strict access to what device and who can access their network due to hacking/virus......etc. If you can the ok, then you can ask if the GS is capable of accessing corp email and how to set it up.
Has anyone found a hotspot workaround yet? I don't want to pay VZW to use my own data twice but it's such an important feature for me that if I HAVE to, I will.
For me, the unlocked version of the s9+ hotspot worked out of the box with no subscription.
