New here.. Need help with my S2 Anycall v4.0.1 - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

First, I'd like to apologize if this is like a duplicate post or something. I'm really new. I can't even post a reply because of some restrictions as a new member here. Okay, I need help pls. I'm really stupid. I flashed SiyahKernel S2-v4.1.2 in my phone Samsung Galaxy S2 Anycall (SHW-M250S). After that, it just booted and wont go past the icon(Soft bricked as I researched). I really can't do anything anymore. Any help please?

that kernel is best suited for I9100. if u can enter 'Download' Mode then flash a stock kernel meant for SHW-M 250S and see if the same doesn't wrk, then u have to flash a stock Rom meant for SHW-M 250S thro ODIN

what's the Android version of your phone?
You will first need to flash a GT I9100 firmware or custom ROM, before flashing a GT I9100 custom kernel.
I have a friend with your phone (M250s, Korea), and he's running fine with GT I9100 stuffs butt after flashing GT I9100 custom ROM first

Is Korean Galaxy s2 can flash I9100 custom roms?

Firstly, sorry for my English... T.T
I've used galaxy s2 for about 8 months...
I live in Korea, so my Galaxy S2 is not as same as model I9100.
My s2's model is SHW-m250s.
What I want to ask is same as title, "Is Korean Galaxy s2 can flash I9100 custom roms?"
Uhm.. as galaxy s3's themes and other things get leaked, many custom roms adopted and applied it.
and also, I want to flash and experience so many custom roms but I'm so worried about being brick..
Thus, I must check that SHW-m250s can flash roms for I9100.
Please help me!!
I hope that your answer will be good news~
Thank you

Yes, GT I9100 ROM/mods etc will work for your phone.
Maybe you flashed ROM designed for GT I9100G on your previous phone, because There's no ROM specifically designed for GT I9100M

It's probably better no one did.
This post is currently in the Galaxy SII I9100 Q&A forum. If you are a Galaxy Wonder owner (Galaxy W I8150), then I'm pretty sure those files from a Galaxy SII (GT-I9100) wouldn't work for you.
You would probably be better off asking for these files in the Wonder forum.

HI, Can you post Phone Apk for Android 4.0.4 here.
I recently Upgraded My LG P990 to Official ICS. But, it has issue with Phone Calls (Black Screen).
Please Post Stock Phone App for ICS 4.0.4.
Thanks.
You're in the wrong place. Samsung's apk is not going to work on your phone.

[Q] Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i Flashing

I am new to unlocking and flashing ROMs on Mobiles. I did my research and when I was ready I unlocked my phon and then I flashed the firmware. I used Odin 3.07 and loaded the stock firmware file into the PDA section and hit start, waited and it passed. My Firmware was:
PDA:L12 / PHONE:L12 / CSC:LE1(O2I) and when I flashed the firmware( S5830iXXMD1_S5830iBTUMD1_S5830iXXMD1_HOME.tar.md5) it ended up as:
PDA:MD1 / PHONE:L12 / CSC:MD1(O2I).
As you can see it did not alter the PHONE part of the installed firmware and the O2I I thought would have changed to BTU. The phone was however unbranded. Later I flashed it with a newer stock firmware and a similar thing happened, the PHONE part was not changed only the PDA and CSC.
Is this normal or am I missing something. Should I be using a different version of Odin to flash the 3 individual parts of the FW I got using Cygwin/splitfus2 or can I stll use ver 3.07 to apply the 3 individual parts.

Not really, you could have answered the question in the time it took you to post that but then maybe you don't know the answer.

You do know that Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 and Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i have different hardware. Hence the different device thread. I could suggest you an answer for sure. But I will not be liable if that solution bricks your phone. Are you up for it? And you could have posted this question in the Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i Q/A section by the time you replied to my answer. Then again maybe you don't understand my answer.
