Latest stable ROM

Havent been following this group for a while since getting my Galaxy S2. However, after a year on Wolfbreak 6.0, i think it is time to upgrade my x10 to the latest stable. Any recommendations or short list? Thx.

yeah I'd love some suggestions aswell. I installed wolfbreak, but I don't have wifi, and some other minor errors... It's really fast, so I'm keeping it for now, but if I could find another rom wich is as fast and has wi-fi, that would rock.
I'm gonna try feralab JAF. should I use thkernel v12-4 instead of ferakernel?
should I flash rom first through xrecovery and then kernel via flash tool?
thanks all

You must flash WIFI module after you installed Wolfbreak ROM, it's depends of wich kernel you use. If you use Doomkernel you will find Wifi module in that tread...

Try JAF ROM or the Achotjan's and I am sure you will like it~
Donut hd 2.2.7 . Stable , fast, smooth , beautiful look and no bug/FC... and games also runs smooth on this rom.
Try this :

Or wait for DiXperia8 "eXtraordinary".
It'll be up in a week or so. It is XperiaS themed, I've tested it and I can say its the fastest XperiaS themed rom so far
For more info on DiXperia8 you can go to the following links :

Suggestion
If locked BL, try JAF Rom by FeraVolt with Thkernel
And for Unlocked BL, try Mokee ^^
Both really nice, happy flashing
I used almost all roms for Xperia X10 but FERALAB JAF ROM is the fastest and stable rom I ever used. Try it.

[Q] Best kernel for WT19i 4.0.4

Please suggest me a kernel for WT19i running on android 4.0.4 for performance and better battery backup than stock kernel.
Thanks in advance!
Mesa 1.2
Where? Use search or go to the development section. It's usually on the first page..
Rage Kernel
From my personal experience , you should try rage kernel 3.2 ICS
Tried it but Mesa seems to have better battery overall..

I have used Extended Stock Kernel, KrSH Kernel n Mesa kernel too with same rom,but different versions, n noticed few things like KrSH kernel needs more battery whereas Mesa kernel saves your battery whereas Extended stock Kernel gives good performance.
Though, Didn't No-frills CPU control, a great app.
Sent from public telephone using coins KernelPanic yet.

I have tried KrSH kernel and MESA kernel.
MESA kernel achieves lower battery drain by undervolting your cpu. But with MESA kernel StabilityTest 2.5 is not working correctly (independent of cpu voltage) so I have no clue where is the problem, weather kernel is not working correctly or stability test 2.5 is buggy.
on KrSH I don't like that it has way too many cpu scaling frequencies (too many frequency changes are contra productive) and it's not patched as MESA is.
I have no experience with KernelPanic....
Thank for the feedback about the kernel
Don't "PANIC!"...just use it...

Are there any other kernels that support CM7?
Thats true.. m facing the same problems.. the alliance kernel. As they say is for cm9 n i gues its FXP 128 cm9.. i have not found any kernel for cm7 or cm7.2 yet excpt the stock kernel itself.

I found doomkernel for xperia play I think its compatible with neo, im afraid to flash it
If you are not sure, then dont flash it.. it might brick your phone in worst case or cause bootloops.. experienced it myself..
Never ever do that.. you have xda.. ask the experts for the proper kernel.. its better to ask instead of the risk..
Hit thanks if it helped..

Best kernel/ROM threads aren't encouraged here. Everyone will have differing opinions and all kernels will offer something that maybe the others don't. Best way is to read the threads and learn about them and if the features are what you're after then flash them.
Thanks
