May be you didn't decompile properly. Nevertheless here is my crt animation enabled framework for gingerreal v1.0 kph. Just flash it via cwm manager by selecting flash an update.zip option.

Those are some custom animations. But one cannot replace the kpn framework with kph one. Besides kpn GR is themed . But you can manually extract the animations and put inside kpn framework.

Na, that was files of Xperia S I think, yeah it was, I actually was trying to port the tablet version , then I thought Xperia T would be much simpler and better for our phones, sorry for that

if you have simply extracted systemui then you wont find smali..
you will have to decompile it !!

so, being a Noob in modding, I tried modding the nexus 4 systemui !
Accually, I did it only for me (Being-Selfish ) ! but now, I would like to share this with you all
All I did is making the Nexus4 themed SystemUI by Ikaster17 more transparent than the original one and nothing else .
Installation:
-download THIS .
-Flash via cwm [Sorry, I couldn't test the flashable file as I'm now on UNROOTED stock of INU fw ]
- [you know what to do now] :good:
I know this is a very basic mod, but this is my first, so I'm really happy about it, and hope I can do more and better theming in future :angel:
So, just give it a try and let me know how it is and if I could change anything in it

If you dont have the original theme, you will need to download and push these 2 files too
Lidroid.apk==>*http://d-h.st/ij5 (needs to be pushed to system/framework before you change the systemui)

second Can anyone please modify my systemui.apk to be able to enable nav bar ?
i tried adding this line (qemu.hw.mainkeys=0) in my build.prop but after reboot i got error (systemui has been stopped)
so i deleted this line again and systemui worked .... but i need to enable navbar .... so please anyone modify my systemui to be compatible with navbar ...... my android version 4.2.2 and here is my systemui.apk
it's not supported my phone. sorry..
