[Q] Motorola XT919/XT920 KitKat 4.4.2 update - extract ROM

Hello everyone, I'm kind of new here so I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong thread or something... so anyways,
Motorola has released KitKat 4.4.2 update for Motorola RAZR D3 (and also for RAZR D1 but I'm not specifically talking about that device) and only about 4 people has received the update. We've been waiting for one year and a half to get this update and Motorola says they're releasing it "through blocks" (which means they're going to release it for everyone in like 2 years now lol). So the only ones who received the update are XT920 devices (which are the double SIM versions).
We want to extract the KitKat ROM from those devices who already updated and so we could install it in our devices. In our community, we've tried so many apps, so many ways to extract it but we can't. One of the Kitkat users did a backup which is name userdata_*****(numbers)_*****(numbers).backup. We've tried to extract that +600mb file so we could get those .img files to flash our devices. We couldn't. There's no way found to extract a .backup file. We don't either know if that's gonna work though.
So, could anybody help us? We have been waiting for so long for this update. Or at least we wanted to extract the retail he's got, because ours won't receive the update.
What could we do?
Phone model: Motorola RAZR D3 - XT919/XT920
Retail Brazil.
Locked Bootloader.
MediaTek MTK6577
If you need another info. I'll try my best to get it.
PS: I'm not the one who received the update. The one who did is a member of a community on Facebook.
We really need help. Thank you so much.
By the way, this user got to root the device on KitKat 4.4.2 through KingsRoot

XT886?
I have a Motorola RAZR V model XT886, from Wind Mobile in Canada. I don't see this model number mentioned anywhere. There's nothing other than the Motorola logo on the back cover. (I could have sworn there was a model number there, but maybe it's worn off?) The information from About Phone is:
System version: 673.135.170.XT886.CanadaAWS.en.CA
Model number: XT886
Android version: 4.0.4
Firmware configuration version: GAS_NA_YANGTZEWIND_P032
Baseband version: U_04.17.00R
Baseband configuration version: USAYNGZCI01WND1015.0R
Kernel version: 3.0.8-g5f63356; [email protected] #1; SMP PREEMPT Sun Jul 15 20:49:48 CDT 2012
AP flex version: GAS_NA_YANGTZEWIND_P032; GAS_NA_YANGTZEWIND_A008
Build number: 6.7.3-135_YIC-17
Build date: Sun Jul 15 20:35:11 CDT 2012
The exterior looks just like the XT910 but all black. Has 1GB of RAM (actually OS Monitor reports 889.4MB???) and dual core CPU at up to 1.2ghz. I had no problem rooting it but I want to upgrade to a more recent custom ROM such as CM.
Can anyone confirm whether this is a separate model from the XT908/XT910/XT912? I suspect it might just be a "Canadian version" or "HSPA version", and would be able to run ROMs designed for these other models?
