Custom kernal add on [DEV Request] - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-I777

My buddy has a vivid and has a feature that's basked into his kernal where if out slide your finger from left to right over the hardware buttons it wakes the lock screen up and when its unlocked if you slide your finger the other way it takes a screenshot
Could a kernal dev add this too there kernal that'd be amazing!

Goto lockscreen!!

I must say this is the best android lockscreen I have seen in a while. I have widget locker purchased but this one was a must buy.
I don't have a direct link to it but just go to the Android Market and search goto and you will find it
Clark how's things bro?..... So u like it better than WL?.... Can u customize it just like wl too?....

it doesnt fit my screen. it stops way before the right side
I used it for a while. I liked it but there isnt nearly as much customization as widget locker and its alil buggy. I also use a security pattern and it wont work with a security pattern or pin
Its not even fully functional -- when i press to disable volume buttons to prevent wake it doesnt work it still wake ...

I used it for a few weeks on my Hero but uninstalled it because it's not fully functional

Does it fit your screen? I what am I doing wrong. My slider is squished to the left.

This is by far the coolest lock screen. Unfortunately if its not fully functional then its useless. I hope Innoweb gets it 100%. Im all for buying apps but I hate it when devs charge $ for something that's not really finished and/or compatible.

Get to home screen w/ s pen

Other than pressing the home screen button is there a way to get the s pen to take you back to the home screen? Tried a quick Google search but couldn't find anything.
Only way right now is to buy GMD SPen Control from the market and create your own gesture.

Thanks but I'll wait and see if there might be an update that will allow it before I spend $5 on it.

Also if you don't know already, open the "Help" app for a list of pen features and how to do them.

Im pretty sure you can create your own gestures with out having to buy anything. Plus there is already a way to get to hime. But you have to draw the back button .ill look for it and post it here. With the way to create gestures
Go to settings... s pen..... s pen settings. There you can create a gesture or a function you want the s pen to do. Theres also s help page at the bottom when you scroll all the way down.

Multi-touch support!!

Is there any kernel that supports more than 2 fingers on the screen? I am used to the rezound and its 4 finger multi-touch especially for gaming; so help please.
Sent from my HTC6435LVW using xda app-developers app
yup was drving me crazy go to settings, screen and gestures, and uncheck HTC gestures. My DNA now sees at least ten fingers.
Well I'm using viper Rom so it doesn't have gestures and I know multi-touch is a kernel based option. I remember on my droid incredible it only had 2 finger touch until I used one of Lou's kernels.

Brightness gesture

Hi all,
Does anyone know how if there is a way to increase / decrease the brightness of the screen by using a finger gesture?
Like a 2 finger swipe or such...
Thanks!

On many off the newer JB roms.. there is a built in gesture for brightness on the statusbar.. you slide you're finger back and forth on the status bar to increase and decrease brightness..
